The good news is the staff could not be any nicer and it is an easy lake to navigate with some lively houses to see. But holy hannah- the boat is a disgrace!
Torn seats, garbage and filth all over the floor, rusty nails sticking out of broken hardware, rickety worn out table....but, if you look at the lake and avert your eyes from the vessel, you'll do fine. BTW, the motor seemed to be in good condition. Hallelujah! We went with 8 good friends and had a good time. So the review is worth three stars.

Let me just say first and foremost, if you are with a good crowd and can make the best of the experience, go for it. However, there are so many things wrong it’s actually kind of funny. The day before our reservation we decided to dive a little deeper into the reviews. Once we saw pictures and the quality of the boats we knew we were taking a risk. How bad can it be for 100 bucks an hour? We get to the place and ask if we can take a look at the boat before we start filling out paperwork or providing payment. We were told no. We were then told it’s 130 an hour as they “just changed their prices” and then we were put on a “pontoon boat” if you can even call it that. I have never in my life seen something so run down. And when we asked about the cause they started throwing anti-Semitic comments and blaming Jews for causing such a mess. Have you heard of maintenance? I guess not. When we get on the boat, the roof wouldn’t stay up so they had to tie it with some rope. The key was jacked into the ignition and barely turned. On top of that, there was garbage and dirty underwear in the crevices of every part of the boat...RUSTY NAILS EVERYWHERE....which is a huge safety risk. And the seats were completely broken and torn up. Thank goodness we brought so many towels because otherwise none of us would have been able to sit. The best part about it was they said if the ladder falls off the boat we would be charged with 150 dollars to replace it. Like I said...we made the best of the situation as we are a bunch of middle 20 year olds and can make an adventure of anything. But if you are looking for quality and hygiene...look elsewhere...the price is more like a rip off. But we had fun anyway! And seriously, all the company needs to do is invest a few hundred bucks per boat to clean it up and redo the basics. Oh well!

Yes we went upstate new York in begging of June. It was the. only speed boats rental open. So we rent a boat but it is made that it shouldn't be able to go more then 10 mph about

The worst customer service I have ever seen, it seems you are doing a great favor, that you are at all getting a ship from them, forbidden and forbidden and forbidden to go there

Until I went to Paynes I thought a boatride is always nice. They made me change my mind. Their costumer service is bad. I felt like they are doing me the biggest favor by letting me use their boat. We got lost on the water and got back late and were charged $3.00 for every extra minute. Dont think I will be going back there.

Driver was on his cell the entire time...barely drive the banana boat....we just baked in the sun in one place....also the staff was constantly swearing/cursing

Great service. We had a great time cruising around white like in there family boat. I will definitely be going there again.

I had a great time today. The staff was very helpful and I really enjoyed my time on a pontoon with my family. If you are looking for a leisurely ride around a beautiful lake, this is definitely the place to go.

Very nice time. Boat was very nice and staff was helpful and friendly.My kids went swimming for hours and were knocked out by the time we got home.
