We appreciate your feedback and apologize for the wait times. Each participant's skill levels are different as some do take longer than others regardless of the course level. Unfortunately when we do have extract someone from a course because they are unable to finish it does take some time.

I have wanted to visit for awhile, but thought I should wait until my kids got older. There is an area for kids aged 3-6, but the main attraction starts at age 7 & up. For a first timer, it felt intimidating at first, and after the instructional video, I was still worried since I noticed most of my group was not paying attention. Next comes the harnesses, which seemed very high quality, followed by a practice area to get used to the harness. I thought this was the best part about learning how to clip and unclip the harness, as well as the zipline carrier. I was using it incorrectly, but saw one of the staff show someone else, and that is how I figured it out. We all started out on a yellow course named “Sunshine”, which 7 of 8 of us were able to complete. The 7 yr old boy in our group wanted to stop in the middle of the course, but there was no way to get off until the end. So as you can imagine, everyone behind them had to wait. Fortunately I was in front, so I left with 4 others in my group and we went to our 2nd yellow course name “Sunflower”. 2 adults and kids aged 8,10,11 were now cruising and completed the course quickly, and found the rest of our group still struggling to finish, which they eventually did. After a short break for snacks, the older kids 10 & 11 wanted to try a green course, even though there were still 2 more yellow courses. The age recommendation for yellow is 7-9, and 10-11 for green. Also kids 7-9 can go on green courses with an adult. So against my better judgement, I was talked into going on a green course “Mountain Climb” with my 8yr old girl, the 10 & 11 boy & girl and 2 more adults. This turned out to be a mistake. The 8 yr old struggled to complete the first half, simply because she was too short. And when the 10yr old quit in the middle, I was relieved because my 8yr old could also stop. A staff member arrived with a device to lower them both down. The 3 adults and the tall 11 yr old girl completed the remainder of the course with no issues. We left immediately after that. So, lessons learned. It would be more appropriate to use height, rather than age, as guidelines. There should be “exit” points on the courses, at least one half way, as opposed to relying on staff rescues. And 30 degree weather turned out to be a blessing in disguise because you barely felt the harness over your cold weather gear. But despite the fact that 2 in our group only completed 1 yellow course, and I witnessed my short 8 yr old girl heartbreakingly struggle on a green course, I had a great time. I was hesitant because of the price. My family of 4 cost $241.90. But after attending, and seeing how well this attraction was planned and executed, I would not hesitate to return.

This is hands down the best adventure park on Long Island (or anywhere nearby)! First of all, the variety of courses they have is exceptional. They are appropriate for all skill levels and not at repetitive in any way. Safety is clearly top-of-mind for the management and staff. They go out of their way to assist you and are readily available throughout your visit. I cannot say enough positive things about the management and their staff. Without fail, they are all professional, customer-focused, and SO PLEASANT!!! My kids have even mentioned, on several occasions, now nice everyone is. I cannot comment Phil and his team enough on exceptional our experiences have been. After our first visit I purchased season passes for my entire family, and I am so glad I did. This place really is top-notch and a must-do for anyone interested in this type of activity.

Our first trip and already thinking of our next visit. Nervous at first, but got the hang of things fairly quick. Beautiful surroundings and a great work out. Recommend bringing gloves. Kids were ok because they are used to playing on the monkey bars. But would recommend for all. Also make sure to bring own food or have a big meal beforehand. They sell snacks but it’s a workout so need to have a good meal to keep up energy. Staff is amazing!

Great time for all ages! They have different leves of difficulty so you won’t get bored. One track is only zip lining and my kids loved it. I went there with a 9 and 11 years old but they also have a none equipped needed playground for little ones. The place has lot’s of shade so you’re not sweating when trying to finish the track.
