Wonderful experience with Sioban and Carlo in a beautiful setting with a great bunch of class mates. Very practical cooking tips and the food was sensational. Will definitely be back...or in Cortona!

We attended a woodfired cooking class which this time covered pizzas, pork ribs and chicken with a range of vegetables. Great teachers and a very relaxed, convivial experience.The lunch resulting from our lesson was superb. Great way to spend a day with friends.
