Gabriel Chocolate is Western Australia's first bean-to-bar chocolate maker....

Gabriel Chocolate is Western Australia's first bean-to-bar chocolate maker. We import the world's best cacao beans and turn them into "single-origin" chocolate bars at our Yallingup chocolate gallery, coaxing out the wide range of natural flavours that emerge from the different cacao bean varieties. Taste the latest range of chocolate bars being made, and sit inside or outside near the grass at Gabriel Cafe to indulge in one of our decadent hot chocolates, salted chocolate chip cookies or hand-made, chocolate-dipped ice-creams.

We visited a large commercial chocolate shop while on a wine tour in the region and were disappointed, so to find this intimate boutique chocolate shop while driving around was appreciated. Situated off Caves Road towards Yallingup we took our time to sample and buy some of the fine wares found in this unique little shop. Fully recommend this as... More

I never enjoyed the old gold but when we stopped by here and I tried all the different dark chocolates (and milk of course) I started to enjoy it and identify the regions I liked the most. Pretty pricey though but they're great gifts if you need one.

A sweet little chocolate shop and cafe in the Margaret River region. You can sample most of the chocolate; the young woman in the shop was very knowledgeable and friendly; and there is a wide range of chocolate made from the different cacao beans from many countries. The cafe is attached to the shop which serves lovely ice creams, coffees,... More

Cold and rainy day, called in for coffee and cake. Great choice, fantastic range, outstanding coffee. Had a white chocolate coffee, i should have had another.

Small and interesting alternative to Margaret River Chocolate Company, along the Caves Road, opposite the Windows Winery. Walk through the small store to order a hot chocolate with your choice of chocolate (white/milk/orange/65% dark/72% dark). Definitely worth it.

Gabriel Chocolate is a small boutique chocolate manufacturer well located just off Caves Rd where you get a great snap shot of the entire process of creating a finished product from the raw cocoa bean. Much like the wine industry, Gabriel's chocolates are able to show the unique flavours generated by cocoa beans grown in different regions around the world... More

They have a smaller selection of chocolates than the margaret river chocolate factory but thats not a bad thing. The young bloke that greets u is full of knowledge about chocolate, where the beans come from and what goes into their chocolate to make it sweet or not sweet. It was like hearing a wine professional talk. Very interesting. You... More

No large factories to be seen here, but great chocolate awaits. Samples are available for nice variety of flavors available. Staff was very sharp and will impress with their knowledge of the production process, basis/creation of flavors, and origins of ingredients. Once done sampling and buying items, there's a cafe at the back of the store itself. Coffee, hot chocolates,... More

A wonderful insight into the making of chocolate and how different beans produce different flavours of chocolate. Don't expect too much, especially any flashy chocolates. They simply produce the stuff for others to make wonders out of (or just eat by the bar). However the on-site cafe does have cake and other bites alongside some superb ice cream, smoothies and...
