Overview
More
Gabriel Chocolate is Western Australia's first bean-to-bar chocolate maker. We import the world's best cacao beans and turn them into "single-origin" chocolate bars at our Yallingup chocolate gallery, coaxing out the wide range of natural flavours that emerge from the different cacao bean varieties. Taste the latest range of chocolate bars being made, and sit inside or outside near the grass at Gabriel Cafe to indulge in one of our decadent hot chocolates, salted chocolate chip cookies or hand-made, chocolate-dipped ice-creams.

Love the Chocolate freshly baked cookie and super rich hot chocolate from choice of chocolate. A variety of chocolate. I personally like the >72% dark chocolate. A must try when going to Margaret River.

Nice chocolate but just a little shop, not many samples and no factory as such. Good value and I really like the bean to bar concept, and the fact they source the beans from different origins. It's also clearly marked where they

Having seen the beans growing in New Britain, it was enlightening to see how each country dries the been, the quality bag and the different taste they supplied. A must stop.

Gabriel chocolate is one of our local regular stops. We travel a lot and inevitably 1kg of our luggage is from Gabriel. They have a wide variety of chocolates, definitely worth a stop along Caves Road.
