Description:

Gabriel Chocolate is Western Australia's first bean-to-bar chocolate maker....

Gabriel Chocolate is Western Australia's first bean-to-bar chocolate maker. We import the world's best cacao beans and turn them into "single-origin" chocolate bars at our Yallingup chocolate gallery, coaxing out the wide range of natural flavours that emerge from the different cacao bean varieties. Taste the latest range of chocolate bars being made, and sit inside or outside near the grass at Gabriel Cafe to indulge in one of our decadent hot chocolates, salted chocolate chip cookies or hand-made, chocolate-dipped ice-creams.

My family stopped by for a pre-lunch hot chocolate and ended up eating sinfully divine desserts for lunch. The Ghana Chocolate cake was so rich but very good. The ice-creams were also absolutely delicious! And, of course, there are some chocolates and souvenirs to buy too. :)

I came in with my wife, we have been in a few times before and the experience was lovely, however this last time there seemed to have been a tour bus show up and the woman behind the counter in the café was obviously grumpy, completely ruined the afternoon for us, throwing food around and stuffed up our order as... Chocolate beans from all over the world arrive here to be nurtured without blending so that we can taste the regional differences - Wow! The dark chocolates were especially enjoyable and a chance to reduce our sugar intakes ;-)

Though i enjoyed trying the variety of chocolate they had i gave them a very good for having their percentages of chocolate right up to very dark chocolate that you can have over any ice cream you order. the ice cream itself has a great texture and consistency though i prefer a stronger taste. i solved that issue with some... This is a small chocolatier but definitely worth a visit for the informative discussion with the staff, although for me, the Margaret River Choc Co has a much better range of chocolate. Worth trying the ice cream as well.

Great variety of chocolate with several available for tasting. The real deal and not commercial rubbish. A bit pricey but that's what you pay for quality. The ice cream is also very yummy.

While doing the usual wine tasting trip around the region I insisted on a stop at Gabriel Chocolate . I am a non-drinker and a chocoholic so this was heaven to me. We were served by a delightful young lady who explained the process they use from importing the beans all the way through to their amazing chocolate. We sampled... More

We visited a large commercial chocolate shop while on a wine tour in the region and were disappointed, so to find this intimate boutique chocolate shop while driving around was appreciated. Situated off Caves Road towards Yallingup we took our time to sample and buy some of the fine wares found in this unique little shop. Fully recommend this as... More
