It was a perfect spot to watch sunset. The beach and the cliff turned into bright red with the evening sun. It's worth to stay a little longer to watch the sky turned into orange, purplish pink and pale blue before darkness set in.

A great place to stop and stretch your legs. Quite windy on our day, but the sights overload this. Good parking.

Dogs are prohibited at Chinaman's point. Red Bluff Beach, is a dog friendly beach although I am unsure of the Red Bluff lookout. Your best bet would be to ask at the Visitor Information centre upon your arrival.
