I went to the info centre. It was reasonably busy but service was fast and very efficient. Very friendly and all the advise I needed. Well done Kalbarri information service.

Called in to get some information about the new Skywalk. We were misinformed on 2 separate occasions, once on the phone and again in person. The Skywalk is a world class attraction so you would think the Visitor Centre staff would have been trained accordingly.

Went in search of maps and local info and were served by a friendly, helpful lady. Would have liked to see more space devoted to info and less to merchandise!

The person that attended is was offhand until she realised we were serious about booking accommodation, purchased things from in store and booked a charter, then she couldn't do more. Her initial attitude made us feel like walking out.
