As an ocean enthusiast (as many of us are) I must say that this was certainly a dream come true for me. I dream of Orcas daily and to see one before my eyes the way they should be frolicking in freedom really brought a special kind of happiness to my heart. I love how the crew are so easy... More

First time out with Naturaliste Charters. Loved it so much we ended up going out for a second trip. Saw lots of Killer Whales the first day. Then Sperm Whales and more Killer Whales the next day. Great crew, would go back again in a heartbeat! There was a bit of swell but the sea sickness pills took care of... More

This was my third time I've been out with Naturaliste Charters in Augusta and they have been amazing every time. Today we saw numerous whales only a 1 minute or two after leaving the harbour and then many more, we also had a pod of dolphins swimming around the boat and jumping out of the water and we saw a... Wow - its very rewarding for us to hear back from our repeat passengers! Our Augusta tours certainly provide variety during our winter Whale Watching season. The beautiful West Australian coastline does offer some amazing sights. Arent those dolphins fun! The seal colony also provide some entertainment - they are such characters too. So glad that we exceeded your expectations.... More

This was our family's first whale watching experience and Naturaliste Charters did not disappoint. After leaving the harbour we came across a pod of 5 or 6 humpback whales and were treated to an absolutely spectacular display of these gentle giants frolicking in their natural environment. Also lucky enough to sight a Southern Right Whale and her calf. Truly an... More

We had a beautiful morning out on the water in search of some humpback whales. During the months of May through to December, humpback whales frequent the area during their migration north to give birth to their calves. Just 10 minutes into our journey, we spotted 4 whales – gracefully swimming, breaching and putting on a show! It was really... More

There are several choices of whale watching boats in Augusta. My advice is don't be swayed by the shiny things on offer from the others....stick with the people who know what they are doing. We saw over a dozen humpback whales today and we were with one group of 8 whales for over an hour. The whales were relaxed and... More

There are so many choices to choose from when it comes to whale watching charters, and a recommendation by the tourist info guide pointed us to Naturaliste Charters. I couldn't have been more thankful. There were so many whales, and the crew on board the boat were so nice and helpful. We saw many whales breaching, and for over half... More

We signed up with Naturaliste Charter for a whales watching cruise departing from Augusta in Jun. We were glad we did so. Just minute out from the bay, we were greeted by 5-6 whales. My wife gets seasick so we have never ventured out on a whale cruise. This 2 hour cruise was in the protected bay and we sighted our first whale just a couple of 100 metres from shore.
