This is a lovely place to stop. Parking not far from the water, and the water looked beautiful and inviting. Plenty of people here visiting also.

Go for a walk, have a swim, fish but you may not catch anything. If you have a 4x4 go for a drive around the lagoon and stop at one of the shelters which have free BBQ’s A nice place to visit and only 5k from Denham.

Just drove to have a quick look as we were limited on time. There were quite a few people there of various ages. The water is quite shallow for quite a few meters before it drops off and gets deeper, so great for small kids and pets.

Quite a large body of water. Apparentlyit was a salt pan many, many years ago, before the sea flooded it. Pretty spot.
