Great facility, friendly and knowledgable guide. Lots of steps, but fine for an averagely fit and able visitor. Amazing stalactites, presented in a very sympathetic "non-glitzy" way. Good coffee and cakes available in pleasant cafe.

I must admit that I was quite apprehensive, being a little clostrophobic and anxious about confined spaces, but our very competent guide made me feel very much at ease after a few minutes and then I was fine...what an amazing cave...and so well managed and cared for...a very recommended stop for any visitor to the area!!!

The jewel cave was the first in our 3 cave adventure. It was certainly the most awe-inspiring. We were lucky enough to have a really small group with lovely ppl. Nice little workout amongst amazing scenery.

The biggest and prettiest cave, and youngest cave (only discovered in 1958!) It's got some spectacular formations and is amazing to see. Downside was the tour guide James. Seemed like he wasn't into it, not friendly or engaged in conversation, wouldn't allow you to take photos unless you were on a viewing platform. Got the impression from his attitude he... More

My husband and I opted for the one hour tour and did not regret it. A magnificent display of nature formed for centuries. Our guide Crusty was very knowledgeable explaining all the different types of structure formations. I was in awe and did not mind all the steps going down and coming up again. A must-see when you are visiting... More

The largest cave in the area and it didn't disappoint, amazing structures and the guide Luke was very informative. 550 steps but it didn't feel like it at all, our boys 7 and 8 loved it.

The different structures formed in the caves were really spectacular! With the guide explaining, you'll really get to experience and learn a lot about the cave. You'll also have a chance to touch the limestone. totally worth it!

Spent an awe-inspiring couple of hours in this underground cave - we were lucky to be in a tour with just the two of us plus the guide and this made the exploration of the cave even more special if slightly scary! Fabulous cave, so well cared for and the addition of subtle yet dramatic lighting, just adds to the... More
