B-Winemaker is a unique oenology experience. Create a wine blend to your own taste and design your own label.

During one visit, you will learn about how a wine estate works, create your own wine and carry home your own bottle of Saint-Emilion Grand Cru Classe.

We collaborate with prestigious Bordeaux chateaux. We offer private visits of their estates during which you will learn about being a winemaker, including an initiation to viticulture.

Great activity, a nice and new way to understand how Bordeaux wines are made, really fun thing to do with friends, just like I did, and we left the tour, each of us with our own personalized bottle! I recommend to everyone - novice or master ;)

Had a great tour of Haut Sarpe winery, Saint Emilion. On a full day tour but stopped here for a hilarious tour by Phillipe, told us all about the wine and chateau. Lots of metal artworks in the gardens and wonderful view down the valley of all the vines. The cellar with wine bottles was interesting. We saw the little... More

We were staying in St Emilion and booked the 2.5 hour session at Haut Sarpe. We were meant to be a party of 5 but the other 3 came later (a mix up) so we had our own couples tour and wine blending experience. Philippe guided us round the immaculate and top quality Haut Sarpe vineyard...so beautiful...and then instructed our... More

Unlike some other Bordeaux wineries we visited, this one still felt local. It may be part of a bigger corporation (with several other vineyards in their portfolio) but the winery experience still felt like a family-run business. Of course, the wine was also excellent and a much better value than others who clearly put more worth on the name than... More

I booked the 2.5hr course for my fiance's 30th birthday in the summer of 2012 and was really glad we did. Rodolphe, one of the 2 owners gave us a very thorough and interesting insight into the wine production process while walking around the Haut Sarpe estate. We then progressed to a lovely building to taste, mix and bottle our... More

I am very suprised this is rated so highly, I did their course in late October 2012 with my girlfriend. Whilst it is nice to mix some wine, the quality of the wine is poor, and the course is very expensive. They promise to send you wine labels afterwards, but to this date, they have not arrived. Their customer service... More

Jason I m sorry that you didn't appreciated the quality of the wine, Saint Emilion Grand Cru with many great evaluations by professionals... the owner will be disapointed to hear you. But it is just question of personal taste. Your girlfriend broke the bottle of wine few weeks later, and you wanted a new one. Maybe the wine and the... More

I found this activity of tripadvisor and I'm really glad we booked it. We were a group of 4 and we had our private tour and wine making session. The visit of the property is great, full of interesting stories. Then the wine-making is a fun experience. You basically make your own mix of Merlot and Cabernet franc to suit... More

My wife and I just completed the 2.5 hr tour in english and it was excellent. Rodolphe was very friendly and knowledgeable about both the history of the area and the different types and classes of wine. This is a great tour to do if you are starting out as it was just the 2 of us on our tour... More

I did the wine marking course together with my girlfriend during our stay in St. Emilion. It was definitely the best experience we had. After discussing all the important details of vineyards and wine making in general, one starts to taste different mixes of Merlot and Cabernet Franc. It is a great experience to directly see the influence of the... More
