Very beautiful beach with a rocky soil that makes it quite uncomfortable to go into the water. The tide leaves natural pools with tiny fish in them.

This beach is very nice. There are some structure and vendors. The water is calm and warm. The beginning of the beach is not so good and I suggest walking a little bit to get to the best spots of the beach.

a good place to live at so you can get some sleep after a party but still close to wherever you want to get.

This beach is slighly offset from the closer beaches, but nothing special as several boats are anchored there and sand part is not as large as the other beaches.

Full of boats in the morning and full of rocks. There is no space on the sand to spend the time, only at the bars or hotel

Another Great Beach to walk to and through, nice clear water and warm. Nice rocks at the start to explore too!

If you liek walking along the beach this is for you. You pass all the turbulance of the first beach and pass the quieter second beach. On the third beach then there are hardly any people. It's beautiful and quiet.

You may rent kayaks on the shore and take them for a paddle to the tiny rock island. Great for snorkelling as well

Beach is great to embark on the boats that take you around the island. Not the greatest for beach bums since at high tide the sand is gone up to the board walk. Some great pousadas (Corais) in this stretch but prefer quarta praia for...More

On low tides that's practically what you see. It's the departure point for the boat trips going around the islands. Nice deck with some restaurants and shops.
