We walked from El Morro just to get to know it. You have to go through a large clay wall to get there. It is done without problems and is worth knowing. It is the beach that can be seen from the speed boat that arrives at the dock. I only went once since I was staying on beach 3 and it is relatively far away.

Very quiet beach. We took a walk from Morro de São Paulo to there. More or less 1 hour walk. We enjoyed the journey, it’s worth it. We stopped to eat at Senhor Francisco's tent, great grilled lobster, well served portions and delicious food.

The best way to go to Gamboa is along the beach when water is low from the port of Morro de Sao Paulo. It takes about 40 Minutes and is one of the nicest beach walks on this planet. Trip back can be same way or by boat from Gamboa harbour. A "must" is the fallen rocks left end of the beach of Gamboa direction to Morrow. People love to put the light mud of these rocks on the skin. Great fun to also do it.

It's a great beach with tropical nature and its landscapes are the most attractive points.
Gamboa is located at a walkable distance from the lighthouse, actually, I would recommend going there walking when the tide is low, it might be a bit rocky, but still enjoyable and easy (30-40 min walking slowly and enjoying the views).
Almost at the main beach we took a clay bath, which is something else why this part of the island is famous.

At the beach water is clear, there are different "barracas" where you can sit, have a drink, eat, it is possible to find all the facilities.

Sunrise and sunsets are beautiful, after a long day at the beach I would suggest to go back to the main deck hiring a fast boat.

You can walk from the village in Morro to Gamboa in about 30 minutes along the beach. Nice adventure for children! Then once there you can have your skin improved for free with the local mud from the wall in the Morro, just follow the locals! You can come back to Morro by boat if you do not want to walk back, there are boats going back all the time for 5R$. For the price of a beer or snacks or even Lobster you can have table and chairs in the shade for the whole day!!

The best way to reach the beach in walking. You have to do it early in the morning though as the tide will cover the walking part. It takes about an hour to reach it, but on the way you see beautiful sceneries and you can even get a mudbath experience. We went there after our late night - morning caipirignas :). On the way back you need to take a boat, you will find plenty of those

In the morning, with the low tide, we took a walk from Morro to Gamboa. Very enjoyable. Not as dirty nor as hot as 1st, 2nd and 3rd beaches.
Stayed there until sunset when a local boy took us back on his boat for a few reais each. Don't forget to spread clay on your body on the way!

The village of Gambia is very small..and within a hour walk from Moro de sao Paulo.

Water taxi's running between site's every halt an hour.

Beaches are quiet with some local bars and restaurants.

Some water activities : kayaking , SAP, boat touring.

I loved this beach, its white powder sand, the colorful fishing boats, the tranquility, plus it is walking distance to the thermal mud.
