Excellent!!!! This company is one of the small operators on the island and we were so glad we booked with them before we left instead of through the big tour operators. Service was great from the time of booking. On the day of our tour the other group cancelled so it was just us and our tour guide Jessie. Even if the other group showed up it would have been only two vehicles and the tour guide. Throughout the tour we passed several other groups and they had a minimum of 5 vehicles with them plus the tour guide. Having a small group is definitely a plus. The other plus was our tour guide Jessit.. He was amazing!!! Great personality, knowledgeable about the area and gave us enough time at each spot. One other thing we rented the family UTV and it worked out perfectly for a group of three.

Preston and Jessie were our guides for the day and we had a GREAT time! We had 3 UTVs due to our large group and it was full of adventure. Be prepared to get very dirty, though! The teenagers really enjoyed the off roading and the stops along the way. It was a favorite among our whole group, ranging in age from 11-71 years old.

Excellent. Pat was amazing and so patient with me. I was so afraid but listening to his instructions and all he told me to do made me relax. He was equally nice when the others that are touring with me as well. I will be returning soon. I hope he is working that day when I go

Best guides ever which totally made it SO much fun! 100% would come back again. All 9 of us thoroughly enjoyed it! From the moment we hour picked up in the fun bus, to the selected stops, to the fun ride, every bit of the 4-hours was great. EA & OompaLoompa kept the fun going! Thank you!!

Jumping in the natural pool was amazing, and the tour guide had to jump in to save me lol. The sights and knowledge gained was amazing! Aruba is a beautiful island, with beautiful and amazing people. We also witnessed a guy propose to his now fiance! Just beautiful!

We almost died on the UTV tour because of poor coordination by Action Tours.

First, the tour guide did not offer us any instruction on how to operate the UTV. We had to ask 2 different people for instructions.

Second, our vehicle flipped over and 2 people were seriously injured. One person had a broken wrist and the other had a broken finger and broken bone in their foot. We were taken up a steep, rocky, uneven, and narrow trail. It was not meant for a UTV. Our vehicle rolled backwards down the hill and flipped over. If we weren't wearing our seatbelts, all of us would have thrown into the rocky hillside.

An ambulance could not travel to the location of the accident so we had to wait for the other employee to reach our location and help right the UTV. So we waited about an hour, broken and bloody.

At the only hospital in Aruba, the nurses and doctors told us that this type of tour was very dangerous and they see accidents often. We were also told that all other tour companies have become aware of this danger and do not let the tourist drive the UTV themselves. Someone died in a UTV accident earlier in the year. One nurse said that even though she was a native of Aruba, she would never do this tour.

Third, we paid cash and the person who collected our money could not be found. No one has responded to our emails or voice mails. Buyer beware.

So much fun for a first timer driving an ATV! - I agree that some of the terrain can be rather steep/difficult but that just makes it more fun! Of note, you will need $10USD per person ADDITIONALLY to the original fee you pay to the company so that you can enter the national park. I knew this ahead of time from reading reviews and they told our resort concierge when we booked our excursion the day before. Quick summary: Picked up at resort in a little bit of a rough looking truck - I know some people would love an AC mini bus but hey.. you're about to go drive an ATV through the dessert...enough said.. dropped off at parking garage where you fill out paperwork and get a quick tutorial on how to handle your ATV and get your helmet of course. First leg of the trip is the trickiest terrain once you make it to the national park on your way to the natural pool - I recommend this trip ESPECIALLY because they get you to the natural pool FIRST. It was only our group of say 10 people down in the natural pool - as we were leaving the de Palm tour showed up with somewhere around 50 people! You then head to the gold ruins and hang out and then the baby natural bridge and finally the alto vista chapel. There are plenty of opportunities to rest and buy a drink from the stands at the various stops - just remember to bring a few bucks. And yes there was a charge to use the bathroom at the natural bridge - only $1 though - hardly going to break the bank. Things to remember: sunglasses, towel (if you swim in the natural pool), snorkel gear if you plan on snorkeling in the natural pool (though it was a rather windy/rough day for us so we got in but didn't snorkel), and put on some sunscreen of course. Wear a bathing suit if you plan on getting into the natural pool - though another couple on our trip brought an extra change of clothes which works too - they strap your bags down to your ATV for you. You WILL get dusty/dirty so don't wear anything that you plan on wearing out for a night on the town. All in all a great experience and the best way to see Aruba first hand!

We did this tour and even tho the 3 places we visited were beautiful the tour guide Jessi was horrible,he was always on a rush and leaving us behind, every where we made a stop he was rushing,we stop to eat and bought something and had to eat it quick because you can tell from his face he was in a rush.He really needs to work on his customer service skills. Also not sure how they pass inspection but their bikes where not in great condition. You better off renting a utv and doing the tour on your own, than doing this tour, at least you will not be rush and see more places at your own pace. The tour guide in the tour was useless.

Booked the ATV tour and spent four hours yesterday with tour guides Jesse and Preston. Both guys were amazing riders and very accommodating and informative guides. The ATV ride is awesome if you like speed, dirt and daring riding. The tour only goes as fast as the least skilled rider but our group was full of veteran riders and we ripped along at breakneck speed. If you are considering this tour you must be aware of a few things--first, if you aren't comfortable on an ATV and a confident rider, this isn't for you. We had one man in our group who literally had a panic attack and had to be taken off his machine and transported back in the trail vehicle. Second, you will get dirty--very dirty. The western side of the island is like riding on the surface of the moon (sand and rocks). Third, you will be sweaty and hot! Take a backpack with water or some refreshment. There are a couple stops on the tour where you can buy drinks however. Four, wear your swim suit and bring a towel as there is a chance to swim in the natural pool which is a must. Lastly, enjoy the damned thing and don't complain. It's Aruba! This is fun stuff and worth every penny. Thanks again Jesse and Preston.
