Jamie was the boat Captain and informational tour guide! These pontoons Frank has outfitted are perfect! We had 9 adults and it was very comfortable. The Sea Bob snorkeling units were a huge hit and unexpected, I use the name Sea Bob but believe they were Yamaha units!
The absolute best part of the Trip was Jamie and his professional hospitality was above and beyond. We packed two coolers of drinks and ran out of beverages, no worries Jamie says.. calls his friend who meets us at our location with a re supply of both beverages and ice, it was amazing! We rented the boat for 4 hours and it seemed like the trip was just starting when it ended.
We brought two of our own fishing poles and ended up catch 2 fish and only fished about a half hour!
Thanks to Jamie and Frank for the best day yet here in Aruba 2021!

We went on a ride with our 10 year old daughter. I don’t know how it’s called but the one that 3 or 4 of you sit together on a floating big chair-like thing and pulled by a boat. our daughter was hesitant to be on towable tubes but thanks to Anthony (my daughter insists his name was Andrew, my apologies if I am mistaken) she had such a fun and she is not scared of tubes anymore. He started to our ride slowly and constantly turned back and checked her reactions and since our daughter was screaming with fun and laughing out load he went faster and gave all of us a bumpy, arm stretching and fun ride. We all had so much one and planning to visit them again before we leave Aruba. The gentleman and the lady at their beach desk let us use their floating bounce thing at the beach after our ride. (I don’t know it’s name either :) ) They all will be in our Aruba memories and stories. Amazing people, great experience. We highly recommend them.

If your going to do something in Aruba these are the people to go through. They have the most amazing hearts and amazing personalities. Wallin ( I cannot spell her name for the life of me) is sooo sweet she’s funny and was joking with me and my dad the whole week. Anthony, is the most welcoming and most family friendly human you will come in contact with. It felt as if you knew him your whole life. Right along with Jamie, he was the one who took me and my dad out on most of our trips including private snorkeling, tubing, and parasailing.
I am extremely obsessed with turtles and when me snd my father decided we would try snorkeling I pointed to the pictures and asked if you really see turtles. Anthony said oh yes well at least there’s a 85% chance but that he would pass it through to Jamie that there was a girl who wanted to see turtles. Well Jamie delivered, I was swimming with this beautiful sea turtle. He had swam with me the whole way to say the least.
Then we went tubing twice, Jamie really had us whipped around and it was absolutely the funnest thing I’ve ever done in my life. I’ve never laughed so hard in my life. It’s crazy fun.
We also enjoyed parasailing twice as well Jamie drove us out there the first time and it was absolutely amazing 10/10 beautiful so safe and relaxing. The second time Anthony took us out there and we switched boats and it was even better the second time.
We also rented paddle boards from them twice. My father was terrible at it but we enjoyed ourselves. Anthony and Jamie and Wallin and I were all cracking jokes.
While doing all these activities they took pictures for us with our phones and made sure every moment we would like would be captured
We had also gone horse back riding through their info and it was amazing as well (there is a separate review for horse back riding)
By the end of this trip these people were more than just people to us. They were friends. I will never go anywhere but here with these amazing people.

My grandparents have been coming to Aruba for over 25 years. Eddy has always been so friendly and kind to my family and friends. For $20 a person we went tubing out on the water and had a blast. Laughed the entire time! So many different tubes to pick from! They definitely treat you like family!

Go see Giovanni!! From the second we arrived, Giovanni and his coworker went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable and had a good day. He set us up with a perfect view, constantly checked in, and was so fun to chat with. I was with my 72 and 66 year old parents and he made sure they enjoyed their day- he treated them like they were his own family. He even gave my mom a hug when we left :) it made her day.
We rented the CraigCat and it was a highlight of a trip. Such a cool, easy, affordable way to see Aruba from the water.
Next time we go to Aruba we are 100% renting chairs and an umbrella from Franks. I also can’t wait to try more of their water sports!

The motorboat operators that work at this company are outright DANGEROUS. I was kitesurfing outside of the Ritz Carlton and one of the parasailing boats kept driving WAY too close to me and my friend for our entire session. I kept trying to steer clear of the boat, but whenever I did they always seemed to find me and get too close again. Towards the end of my session I fell in the water and when I relaunched my kite it got tangled in the lines of this company's parasailing boat while two parasailers were in the air. We were tangled for about 15 minutes. The parasailers almost fell out of the sky and I was being dragged uncontrollably in the water. Both the parasailers and myself could have easily lost our lives. I ended up losing about $1,000 of equipment and almost got killed. I feel lucky to be alive, but this should have never happened. The boaters should have never been close to me (there is plenty of room out there to never be close to snorkelers or kitesurfers). They put myself and their customers in a TON of danger.
When I approached the captain on the beach afterwards and asked if they'd help me out with some of my damaged equipment, he yelled at me and made me feel like an idiot. NO ONE at the company took any responsibility or asked me if I was ok. This was a complete disaster and I would never recommend doing any business with Frank's watersports.

Back here for the second summer in a row. This time I convinced my wife to parasail as well. She's glad she did! In addition to both of us parasailing, we rented jet skis for a short period of time. The staff from start to finish was very polite, professional and took great care of us. We were ferried back and forth from their spot in front of the Holiday Inn Resort to the drop off point for the jet skis, again, all very professional and friendly. I would recommend using Frank's Place for your watersports rentals and trips if you are visiting Aruba. We will return.

Waylon (the Lady in Pink) runs a first class operation. The equipment is in outstanding condition and her team is professional, friendly, and fun to be with. Our family of 4 rented Jet Skis, went tubing with Captain Anthony, and bounced on the trampoline. Everyone on the staff was helpful and made certain we all felt safe. Good value....and great people.

I did the Flyboard for the first time and the staff was extremely helpful in teaching me how use it and enjoy the full experience for the first time. Shaq, my guide was the real deal and the rest of the staff was very friendly and professional staff. Highly recommend if you love to try new things and wish to feel like Superman.

We rented an umbrella and 2 chairs while staying at Surf Club for a day to get away from the crowds. Excellent location. Nobody next to, behind or in front of us. in front of restaurant at Stellaris with wait service. Worth every cent!
