Great views! The best coconut smoothies ever!

There is a great view from the lighthouse area. You ca. See two sides of the island. There is a blue bus there that sells the best coconut smoothies! Yummy

We always rent a scooter when in Aruba. And we always make the trek to the California Lighthouse for the view and a fresh coconut drink. From here you can access the rough paths to travel the East side of the island with a four-wheeler.

I loved being able to see the quiet, tranquil ocean with all of the buildings and on the opposite coast the serene deserted land against the raging waters of the ocean. Hard to believe they are in the same place. I did not climb the lighthouse but I'm sure its even more evident from up there. The girl in the... More

As you are on the northern tip of Aruba, you get a great view of the island. Can have locals make coconut drinks. If you are adventurous, keep going to the east side - just have a 4X4.

The sightseeing was ok nothing special about it. The only thing you get is a better view over Aruba.

This lighthouse is a main attraction on the island. It sits high overlooking the ocean. Has been maintained well. Very windy there since it's on the highest point of the island.

Any where we go we love to check out the lighthouses if they have them. The wife really likes them. I'm from California so it was a must see and learn the history. It was a nice spot to stop. The fruit smoothies sold by the locals out of the van were probably best i ever had. coconut & pineapple... More

We drove up to the lighthouse to find that the inside was closed that day. This didn't stop us from exploring the area, taking pictures and getting some treats before we left. The area near/ around the lighthouse offers good views of the sea and of some parts of the island. If you venture a bit you will see cacti... More
