Beautiful views!

We had a nice visit here and enjoyed the sweeping views of Aruba. Great place to take photos and have a delicious dinner in a beautiful setting, especially at sunrise!

During our vacation to Aruba, we made the drive to the NW side of the island to see the lighthouse. No one around, no directions, we had no idea how to view this beauty. We walked into the restaurant and asked them about access... well, everyone was a bit confused and we never did get a straight answer. We assumed... More

The restaurant had great reviews and did not get a chance to eat but it is worth the stop on the island tour. Check out what's living in the bushes

Who doesn't like a lighthouse!!! Well this one is very well taken care of in Noord, Aruba. It was names after a ship wreck of the rugged coast of Aruba. Great for pictures. There is a vendor truck called the YumYum to get sodas, etc. I highly recommend this stop.

From the lighthouse ,which is at the northern tip of Aruba, you can see both the rugged coastline of the east side of the island and along the beaches on the west side. If you're lucky the van selling smoothies will be there ! We were not able to go inside the lighthouse but you don't need to to see... More

I have always dreamed of seeing (and touring) a lighthouse! The experience was amazing. The guide was very friendly! He was very knowledgeable of the history behind it! He let us spend as much time at the top as we wanted and never rushed us to leave! This was a quick tour but I highly recommend, just be ready to... More

The lighthouse recently opened to the public. For $8 you can climb 120+ stairs and get access to the best view in all of Aruba. I will not lie, it was quite the climb, but the views were worth it. From the top of the lighthouse you can see the Atlantic Ocean, Caribbean Sea, and where the two meet. We... More

The lighthouse is at the northern end (Noord) of L.G. Smith Blvd. It is easily accessible by tour, taxi or rental car. There are good views of the northern half of the island from the hilltop promontory. A visit is best combined with an around the island drive unless going to view the sunset. There is a food truck and... More

The California Lighthouse is a mandatory stop on every tour of the island. It is perched on a high elevation providing stunning views of the island and coastline. It is named after the S.S. California which sunk off the coast of Aruba.
