We came for a spa day, the impression of the spa was made by an unpleasant representative . The information about the whereabouts of the facilities was shot at us. Our treatments were ordered at the same time.Two actually were submitted on time. Unfortunately I capped waiting.one of the spa personnel came out and called a name , which wasn’t my , 10 minutes later I’ve asked him if there might be a mistake and he’s waiting for me. The answer I’ve received was rude , if I’m calling a name and it’s not yours, sit and wait for someone to call you. I had to go and find out why my treatment delayed. Figures a mistake was made.the staff was not taking responsibility, all the situation was unpleasant unprofessional. I had to wait a few more hours to get the treatment. The management has made sure to tell me how hard they worked to get me a spot, so I have to be thankful. I just wanted to get done with this poor service experience.

Purchased a Groupon Spa day. The Spa is clean with good supply of towels and robes. Dead sea pools and sulphur pools were good. Massage was average , just 30 minutes. Hamam was an extra, and guarded! Lunch was included, but very poor. Food was cold and tasteless. Outside pool was good, but very noisy with ball games played by the pool.
