Perfect place for a relaxing point in your holiday!

I visited the spa on my last day, as a treat to myself before returning to the reality of world, and I'm so glad I did!
I opted for a long session which included a full body massage, time for a foot massage and neck & shoulders - and I left feeling completely rejuvenated.
Renaly is little but strong! She was so friendly and helpful in helping me decide what type of therapy to opt for, and her hands are magic!

The spa itself is very calm and serene. Do make sure you have time after your session to relax on the outdoor deck with some tea .

Revisited Park Hyatt again

Well after staying at the above hotel and checked out to go to the other side of Zanzibar for a couple of days. We decided to come back to Park Hyatt for and week and make it our main base and just hire a car and visit other areas of Zanzibar and come back day end. Reason for that is because we felt at home at Park Hyatt. The staff were just unbelievably just nice people who love what they do for a living. A team well committed to park Hyatt. I could write a long letter about them and I appreciate every single one of them. The smiles behind the masks gives you the assurance that you are in safe hands. I wish to mention a few staffs names who really helped us with everything we need to know about the hotel and touristic places to visit; Antonin, Muhudin, Taryn, Fauzi, and ofcos the lady who served us during our stay, Edna (Exceptional service from her). I thank you all. We will definitely visit again soon.

Awesome facial!

I booked a purifying facial with Renaly after experiencing some breakouts from traveling. She is truly a gem and very informative. During the facial, she recommended a few tips to better maintain my skin. She spent a great time massaging my face, feet, arms, and head. I felt rejuvenated after the facial. I would highly recommend getting a facial from her.

An enchanting peaceful environment to relax and rejuvenate. The staff members are warm, welcoming and provide you with great service and spa treatments. Would definitely recommend the park hyatt spa to anyone visiting or living in Zanzibar.

The Best Spa In Zanzibar

They are relly the best in town if you want good hospitality and great service. I booked in with the lovely Renaly for the brightening facial - she was the best, she left my skin glowing for days. She was relly proffesional and did wonders for my skin - I can not thank you enough. Definitely recommend her and I will be back again.

Relaxing!!

So relaxing after a week packed with work! All clean and calm and just ... great. The massages were really hard work for Renaly and her team, but very helpful for me to come down and relax. If special issues or just a relaxing massage - I can highly recommend it!

Couples massage - pure bliss

Wonderful service, pure relaxation, followed by a little bliss.

In these strange COVID times, a couples massage where full hygiene regulations were met.

We loved it so much we’re going back again tomorrow!

I have been coming here for 5 years now and the quality is always at the same high standard. Miss Renali knows all her clients by name and remembers exactly what I like and do not like. The massages are at all times the best available in Zanzibar. I do think the product range for facials and tools available should be improved for facials, but the massages and other treatments are fabuouls.

The Spa at Park Hyatt Zanzibar is a great place to be at while in Stone town, the relaxing back and head massage was a true meditation from the start to the end everything was so perfect. Renaly was such an amazing and person. I would love to be there for another relaxing time spent well again soon.
