My friend and I were interested in taking a cooking class, so I Googled cooking classes in Zanzibar and chose this one. They met us at the Drajani market in Stone Town and took us via dalla-dalla to Dole. The ride was quite an experience in and of itself. We hired a regular vehicle to take us back to Stone Town afterwards. The cost for the spice tour and the cooking class, including transportation to and from Stone Town was $45.
