Visited with my partner, this is now our favourite beach! Straight off a postcard, super beautiful and quiet. Very small, but plenty of room for swimming in the amazingly clear water. White sands, palm trees and fresh coconuts.

We drove along the coast and so checked out the beaches. This is very typical of beaches in Mauricia.

A very nice little public beach which is just a short walk from Grand Baie or the Le Mauricia hotel. food booths on the beach.

Could be so much better with a little more TLC from the locals and other authorities as litter still a problem. But still only went the once so it could have been a bad day.

Stayed in the Veranda Grand Baie hotel but spent most afternoons on La Cuvette beach and watched the sunset. Lovely golden sand.

Small swimming beach at Grand Baie , there is alot of small boats coming close to the swimming area a bit dangerous at times for small kids in the water.
