This is our second visit to the creamery and they have done a lot of improvements. They have expanded the tasting area and now have added the choice to have wine with the cheese tasting, amazing. The cheese did not disappoint and so glad they are doing so well. The host/owner is always friendly and has a great sense of... More

We visited the Muranda Cheese company around 11 am on a Saturday morning, and were so pleased with what we experienced! For a small $3 fee, you can try 15 different varieties of cheese that are made right there on the farm! The bleu cheese is bursting with tons of flavor! You can buy some small wedges of the different... More

We came to the Finger Lakes for wine tasting as a birthday celebration! What goes better with wine than cheese?? So we decided to stop by Muranda unsure of what to expect other than hopefully some good cheese. Good cheese is the least of what we got, the experience Tom gave us was truly wonderful!! We tasted every cheese he... More

We were passing by and thought it would be fun to pick up some cheese. When we came in, we were promptly greeted by the owner who asked us if we wanted to sample the cheese - then quickly added "for $3 each". We agreed and it was fun, but would agree that the samples are very tiny. So if... More

We happened upon Muranda Cheese Company by chance, and wow, I am so glad we did!! The cheese is amazingly good! For 3 bucks you get to sample them all, and it is a good size sample, not a little tease. You can even walk over to the barn to see the cows that give the milk for the cheese.... More

We went in the winter so there was no one else there. We had personal service that was great. They do sell this product at a lot of different venues so if it's busy there you can buy it in other stores. Worth the wait.

I think we tasted about 15 cheeses here, and all were wonderful! The tasting charge was $3, and was well worth it. Everyone in my group purchased one or more blocks of cheese. It is vacuum wrapped, so was each to transport and will keep well. Highly recommend!

Tom is the man to talk to about cows, milk and cheese. He knows all there is to know and he shares his knowledge freely. Do the tasting for sure and arrive hungry!
