Many new improvements since we were here last and that was when our children were very young. The show room with of all their wines was spectacular as you look at their displays and tried to decide what to purchase. The tour of the winery and the story of each owner was very interesting. At the end of the tour... More

If you love history there is plenty here in a great tour we had by Franklin - a funny, endearing man. The old stone buildings are picturesque and the wine tasting here is done in great style with a choice of 5 out of 10 different selections. You even get to keep the glass as a memento. I highly recommend... More

The tour and tasting are very educational if you are interested in the wine making process. The grounds are gorgeous. It's a great place to stop for a drink and a snack. What's great about the tasting is for each taste - you can choose between the dry and the sweet option. If you go with a friend, it's like... More

Visiting the area and wanted to do something relaxing. This vineyard caught my husband's eye especially since it stated that it was the oldest winery in America....It was a very pretty place, music to sip your wine by and restaurant if you felt like having a meal there. The person who led our tasting was friendly and knowledgeable...wines to purchase... More

My husband and I spent the afternoon here. We did a tour and tasting for $10 each. The Riesling was our favorite. We packed a picnic lunch and purchased some individual glasses of wine and ate there on the patio where they had some live music playing too. The tour was okay they went over the families that owned the... More

Nice way to end our sightseeing day. We made it in time for the last tour of the day with Mark. Mark was informative and very pleasant. It was great see and hear about the history of this winery. We ended the tour with a tasting and we found a few wines we liked and purchased. The grounds are very... More

I have been on many winery tours in California, Europe and Texas. This one was beautifully conducted and historically relevant. The guide was so invested in the winery and made the tour and tasting very interesting and enjoyable. Definitely well worth visiting!

What a charming place! The Grand Monarque Hall with the exposed beams and rock is beautiful. We will definitely be returning for a tasting.

Really enjoyed the cellar tour and tasting. The vibe is also festive, with a live band and outdoor seating. Fun!

I do many wine tastings at a variety of wineries and was excited to try America's Oldest Winery. Upon walking into the tasting room everything seemed normal. We walked up to a tasting bar and waited for the pourer who was with a few other guests to acknowledge us. There were typical sheets where you check off the wine you... More
