Not 1, not 2 but 3 trips with WWO this summer. We were up at Lake George and wanted to try a mellow trip to get a feel for how our kids 12 and 9 would like it. The 2 hour trip on the Saca river is a perfect start. Our guide James was amazing. He is the perfect balance... More

If your planning a trip white water rafting I highly recommend you choose Wild Waters, their river guides are top notch, experienced and knowledgeable of the river. We saw numerous outfitters on the Hudson River that were clearly not trained or knowledgeable. We had a blast from the bus ride to hitting class 4 rapids, "surfing", spinning, and much more!... We really enjoyed our rafting trip on the gorge with John today. The trip was a lot of fun and John was a great guide. The scenery on the river is beautiful and there were some good Rapids. It would be even more fun to go in the spring when the river is higher and faster.

The highlight of our trip! We did the whole day trip and did not regret it. It was just the right length without being too long or short. I'm only in okay shape, but didn't get too tired paddling because the current propels you most of the way. Our guide was Lucy, and she was wonderful. She did a great... More

We took the 2 hour Sacandaga River tour and had a ton of fun! Our guide Jeremy had the perfect blend of caution to keep us save and playfulness to make the trip exciting and fun. We did all jump in the river to swim. One of my companions was afraid but took the plunge and said was very happy... More

Great for a hot summer day. You get to run through the Sacandaga River (2+ hours start to finish) and run through Rapids, then swim in a calm area before hitting the bigger Rapids. They have great guides with a lot of energy and enthusiasm. They also have a longer course you can take for something full day.

The experience was awesome. Rapids weren't all too powerful but Andy and the rest of the guides made it entertaining. Even on a mild flow of water we still got wet, especially the surf section. Awesome, keep up the good work Andy. Our group is a team of dragon boat paddlers. So we raced each other. It was hilarious when... More

We were greeted as soon as we got out of the car, filled out paper work and were suited up! The ride to the beginning of the rapids is about 45 minutes, during this time the guides gave everyone the run down on all equipment and emergency plans. When we got on the water we practiced all the commands and... More

This is the second time our family (my husband , 2 boys (13 and 11) and myself) rafted with WWO. Last year we went on the shorter trip and had so much fun we decided to come again and go on the full day excursion. First, even though they tell you not to bring anything because it may go overboard... More

This place is tremendous. Guides all have excellent personalities and are engaging from the very beginning. Our guide this time around was Justin and he connected with the boys (age 14 & 11) right away. Did the 17 mile Hudson trip and would never go with any other outfitter. Good stuff!
