A local treasure
Nov 2019
We've been visiting Meadowbrook Farm for years. We pick apples every year, and visit several times a year to feed the goats, chickens, and ducks. They sell huge bags of dried corn inside the market to feed the animals or you can buy a handful from a machine near the pens. We always get a pumpkin and take fall photos at the farm. The baked goods are great, and there is a variety of local products and produce.

I love going to this place & discovering the new products they're selling. Before I go overseas to visit family, I make sure to drop by & pick of some of their fresh baked breads (zucchini, banana, etc). They're a big hit with my relatives.

Apple and pumpkin picking in season a small livestock display and an excellent Market. I've been there several times and all of the staff seem very friendly and helpful. Our granddaughters love it.

The Freshest Food from the Earth!

Meadowbrook Farms is such a great family business. I get my fresh fruit there throughout the year and am never disappointed! Apples are crisp and juicy, and their home made horse radish is beyond compare.
I always buy my pies at Meadowbrook. Apple pie is full of apples, fruit pies are loaded... Oh, I'm getting hungry now!
If you have kids, visit the animals in the back, pick pumpkins, enjoy hot cider and donuts, choose fresh plants and gourds. This is a great place to shop. And it's all local products from a local business.

One bad apple won’t spoil my love for this bunch.
Nov 2018
I’ve been shopping here for many years and always look forward to their annual BUY ONE-GET ONE 1/2 BUSHEL SALE.
Unfortunately, the past two years, some of the apples have been sub-par which is disappointing: a bit tasteless and a high ratio of “mealy” flesh. I generally go for Macs, Cortlandt, yellow delicious but tried a new one this time around. Red-something or other ( sorry-threw the bag away) they did not hold up well- I’m not sure if they are using apples from their cold seller, or from the current season, but they broke down in just a few days and were beginning to rot. SPEAK UP- they always do right by the customer. If I brought back the disappointing fruit, I’m certain that they would replace it.
I won’t let a few bad apples spoil my love for this local farm and the family-friendly farmers who run it. Besides, we really adore Lady the black lab), so I’ll continue to return. The CAKES AND PIES: from a local baker are very good, as is the local HONEY ( reasonable prices).
TIP: read labels- some of the jams/preserves are loaded with fructose syrup. Stick with produce from their farm.

I've gone to this farm market for years and have always been happy. However, this year something has changed. I bought corn, squash, zucchini, tomatoes, cukes, onions, garlic and peaches. I haven't tried the peaches yet, but everything else was not fresh and very disappointing.
