We visited Hidden Valley Animal Adventure as a consolation prize for our granddaughter. Due to the drought, she was unable to go whitewater rafting during her visit from North Carolina. We were all amazed by HVAA! The area is carefully laid out with due care to the natural habitat of the many (60) types of animals housed and cared for... More

The owner left a Razor (a large 4x4 golf cart) unattended at the top of a hill while he spoke on his cell phone. While he was on his phone the cart rolled down the hill and careened towards our open air tour vehicle at an estimated 25-30mph. The Razor nearly missed colliding with our bus by under three inches... More

Ride in a windowless buss through a park with "wild animals" herding about. Attract them closer with healthy food sold to you by the attendants. The animals really liked the feed and did come to the bus for it. The babies were the most precious and playful, of course. We are going again on the 4th of July! Bringing the... More

#hvaaphoto ok folks I'm not posting animal pictures because you really need to experience this place yourself. It was the cleanest animal sanctuary I've ever visited and the tour guide was very knowledgable about all the different animals. Food was good and well priced with a happy staff waiting on customers. Serving New York Perry's ice cream- how could you... More

We were traveling from Ithaca to Buffalo and decided to drop by and check it out. Glad we did, it was fun. And who does not like feeding critter chow to a slobbering buffalo or llama or ostrich or whatever? Always great fun. By comparison, we have visited nearly a dozen similar animal parks around the country, (Florida, Tennessee, Missouri,... More

Very disappointed in the lack of care of the small animals. Every animal I saw needed their hooves trimmed, some so badly they were limping. They were filthy and most covered in manure, needed to have their winter hair groomed off. Matted hair covered in feces. The pens were filthy. Very disappointed. They should do away with the small animal... More

My husband and I got married at HVAA in October. The day was absolute perfection and we couldn't have done it without Cyndee Fitzsimmons helping us coordinate everything! When we booked HVAA there was a different woman employed there who was going to help us with all of our wedding details. I was definitely nervous when she left but couldn't... More
