We've been here quite a few times and the climbing is always great. It can get very crowded on a weekend especially if there are events going on. This can make it frustrating. The staff is generally friendly and if you've never climbed they make it easy to learn. There are routes for every ability.

👍🏽Making arrangements for a birthday party for six year olds were easy enough. The price was decent. Signing the waiver was a no-brainer. The staff was helpful in offering their space and ready the festivities within pre-set time constraints. 👎🏽When I inquired about a "Kiddy Friendly" wall, I suppose I expected it to be so. Most of the little ones... More

We took the family intro to climbing course (ages: 47, 45, 19, 12) early on a Saturday morning, which turned out to be the absolute right choice! Booking this visit was weird. I submitted an online request for booking (required for family class and must be requested at least 7 days in advance). It took 2 days to get a... More

Probably one of the worst indoor rock climbing facilities in the Northeast...and there are a few contenders. Dirty, smelly and cramped. The place has dust bunnies and chalk everywhere with rude staff to top it off. Birthday party area on Mezzanine is filthy as are bathrooms. A new facility just opened in Poughkeepsie. Huge, clean and friendly. Went there for... More

We had a birthday party here. All the kids were enticed to climb, some high, some not so. The staff was young, energetic and helpful. You can bring your own refreshments - not locked into buying from them.

I will NEVER be going to this gym again. I started going here when I was nineteen. I began a membership here about three years ago. A year ago I had stopped climbing so I called the gym to cancel the membership. At the same time, the automatic payments on my card stopped. This is an account I’ve had since... More

Totally underwhelmed by the Cliffs in Valhalla. The staff was not particularly helpful (including the woman working at the front desk who was a STINKER) and it is variably crowded. If you are an experienced climber it's a fine place to hang in the winter. For kids or people learning, there are better places. btw, the "fitness" part of this... More

I attended the grand opening of the The Cliffs at their new location in Long Island CIty. What a blast. The facility is amazing. Quite large with many options, from bouldering to lead climbing to belying to a slack line 40 ft up. The staff was friendly and helpful. Quite impressed!
