Troy Savings Bank Music Hall is in my hometown of Troy, NY. It is often overlooked for it's purpose even while being admired for it's architecture. Acoustically it is ranked on of the best music venues in the world. No fancy speaker system needed to enjoy music, voice and any type of entertainment in this facility. Also, factoring in that... We were at a Jazz concert this past week and the sound in this hall is just pitch perfect. It is an historic building with a music hall that offers excellent acoustic sound. In addition, the jazz performance of the Dirty Dozen Jazz Band was wonderful. The staff is also very helpful and friendly.

My 1st visit here though wanted to go for long time. Friend told me about the great acoustics & interesting interior. Attended the International Guitar Night- a real treat, very entertaining.

This was our first trip to Troy Savings Bank Music Hall, but it will not be our last. The staff was so friendly, especially when we said it was our first visit. We saw '1964, The Tribute' and the sound was excellent. The building is beautiful, it is nice to see history maintained in this building.

we saw Chris Botti there last nite and it was one of the top ten shows I have seen - a lot is due the acoustics and the intimacy of the hall - there are no bad seats I try to get here every chance I get - its always a great experience - regardless of the genre of entertainment

We attended a concert at the Troy Music Hall last night. The Mozarteum Orchestra from Salzburg performed. The acoustics are famous and this small orchestra was perfectly suited to take full advantage. There appeared to be some kind of running joke amongst the orchestra members and the conductor with excessive gestures and odd exaggerated smiles. That was distracting from an... More

Love the chorus combined with the Symphony. It is always a successful venture to enjoy. Would love to see other events, when we have time.

A beautiful place both inside and out. Stepping inside for a show is almost like stepping back in time to the turn of the century. The shows are first rate and the sound I have been told is "acoustically perfect." I have enjoyed many shows there over the years.

The Troy Music Hall is a lovely venue to visit and listen to a variety of performers from classical to pop to folk and more. The Music Hall hosts a variety of unique performerances though out the year. It is helpful to get on their email list to see who is on the calendar. The Hall is an amazing historical... More
