Fun, and a ton of food to sample and take home. Fresh local grown and or prepared food. Summertime is outdoors. River street is closed for a few blocks to accommodate the venders. They move in doors for the colder months to the old Uncle...More
Part of troy’s continuing revitalization. The market has grown and improved in quality and the amount of different type of venders. A lot more prepared foot venders. We have really enjoyed going there the last few weekends
This was a fun & tasty place to stroll on a Saturday morning! All kinds of goods for sale from fruits & vegtables to jewelry & artwork. We bumped into friends & talked with strangers. Sampled all around the market!
Ilive near a fantastic waterfront market so I thought nothing could compare. It did. There were three groups of musician groups along the route. The shops bordering the streets were wonderful to browse. The market vendors ranged from produce to pesto to pasta and crafts....More
Day filled with families, happy dogs, pleasant and attentive vendors with first-rate wares and enthusiastuc, competent local live music. Winter market a toned down version of outdoor event. Worth weekly trip for excellent local food and neighborly vibe.

Lots to do and see and buy! Not just food, but other little shops and live music. Definitely something to do even if you’re broke and just want to walk around. Lots of food options too, so I hope you’re not too broke to eat....More
The streets are always crowded with people shopping and enjoying a great meal. The vendors are all very friendly and helpful. You can always find something there that you didn't know that you needed. I have gotten some great gifts that you can't find anywhere...More
Enjoyable walk through downtown Troy. Able to purchase local fruits and veggies, great bread and begals. Many other options, including but not limited to wine, beer, Italian foods, jewelry and much more. Would highly recommend.
One of the nicest farmers markets I've been to. You can find just about anything you are looking for. The streets are closed so walking is safe. Parking is in the city's parking garage so it can take a while to park, but it is...More

Plenty to do in the Capital region. Museum's, river cruises, riverwalks.
