Locations, amenities and foods were great. Amy had wonderful historical tidbits on every venue and many places we passed on route. A surprise visit to St. Paul's church was impressive and memorable. First stop, though delicious, could have had two food items instead of just

I am happy to hear that you thought all the locations, food, historic information and the beautiful stop at the 100 % Tiffany designed interior of St. Paul’s were great. A food tour is a progressive meal at different independent restaurants where the tastes are pre-ordered so that the tour guests can be greeted, served and move on in a timely manner. When building the progressive meal, there are ultimately 5-6 food items served and we want to ensure our guests our comfortably but not overly full by the conclusion of the tour. Unlike going out to eat, there can only be alternatives prepared in advance- that is why it is paramount for guests to indicate dietary concerns ( questions are asked at point of purchase and again when signing in). Even though day of tour is a bit late, it is often possible to modify. The tastes are selected for a specific reason, so at the Illium a vegetarian version of the Reuben slider would have been the alternative not chicken. Thank you for taking a food tour and I hope you will have a better understanding of the experience when you take your next one.

It is great to connect a bit with the back story of the independent restaurants that are in our cities. We love to hear that we have whetted our tour guests appetites for food tourism, while food tours have mainly been around for about 20 years, they are a great way to explore a place. The entire Tiffany interior of the St. Paul's Episcopal Church is always a highlight. Thank you for sharing your thoughts on the tour and happy to hear you enjoyed the food too!
