At first we thought this was going to be a smaller zoo at first glance at the map, but we ended up there for two hours! All the animals were out...!! When we finished the outside area, we found the aquarium and then the birds and then the inside animal area. It just kept going! As three adults (including a... More

This zoo is great. Lots of young people working and educating visitors. Animals look healthy and the new elephant enclosure is a must see. Be sure to check out the Penguins as well!

I've been to a lot of zoos and this one wasn't all that great. Took the kids there and they're fascinated by any animals, but this one didn't really do much for me. The indoor exhibits were set up awkwardly and the outdoor exhibits weren't much to look at.

I have gone to this zoo since I was a small child. It is a nice zoo with a lot of variety of animals and displays. The zoo includes numerous outdoor and indoor displays including aquariums,a nocturnal animal area , a tropical bird area you can walk though where the birds are loose, numerous monkeys exhibits, lions and otters and... I have taken my Granddaughter to this Zoo on several occasions and had a wonderful time. I feel the keepers care about the animals and seem to be well taken care of and clean. They have a nursery for the young ones and we got to see a young wild cat being feed up close The elephants have lots of... More

The zoo is well designed for both visitors and animals. There are nice outdoor open enclosures and the animals look well tended. Inside the main building are aquariums, animal exhibits, birds and lions (!). You can easily see everything in a couple of hours, or spend a good half-day here. There is an eatery and a gift shop.

We had a very nice visit to this zoo and will go back. It's a wonderful place to slowly go through and very clean. Easy access and the food wasn't bad. Great Fries!

This is a great zoo! They have made the exhibits animal friendly so there is a lot of walking involved in seeing the zoo. My kids got bored between exhibits as it was hot and the animals were smarter then the people and in the shade. All in all though it is a great place to take the family with... More

This place was under construction when we paid full price to get in and the tiger exhibit (plus several others) were closed off to us--which we went to see. VERY disappointed with the Eagle exhibit; SO small. NOT the way to treat the animal that stands for our country's freedom and liberty. Will never return here again.

Many new renovations in the past few years. A lot to see and explore. Feeding the animals is always the grand kid's favorite. Shady areas to sit and have lunch. Good food available for sale. Elephant exhibit very nice, Monkeys, Lion's and Bear's oh my!

Thank Thomas T
