Was there last week for a gathering of women. Their team was very organized. We had dinner there one evening and it was delicious. Seating was very comfortable for the meetings. Shuttle buses were flowing and the drivers were so nice and helpful. My one and only complaint was that in the main event area it was very cold. Other... More

This place is so convenient. Shuttles dropped us off at the curb and with a small corridor away the meeting rooms were very close. Great for elderly people to not have to walk very far to either convention hall. Rest rooms were close to each room. We were served a banquet meal and it was excellent. The food was high... More

Older but nice, with comfortable seats. Parking information on site could have been a little better.

I attended an event there and found the place to be modern, clean and inviting. No complaints worth noting.

Large conference held in exhibit halls on main level was extremely cold (in June). Dining hall was very well organized and hundreds of people were fed quickly (buffet). Attendants were extremely friendly and attentive.

If it weren't for knowing prior to attending their show (it's geared for Kindergarten and 1st graders) I'd had been completely lost being a small child in the audience. The dancing and scene effects were amazing, but the actual story behind DASHERS was not exactly for the age level which schools nearby used as a field trip for those ages.... More

Our gymnastics team has traveled to this venue twice this season for meets. The convention center is nice. Clean. Bathrooms are pretty average - but were clean. Parking is across the street which is convenient.

I don't think there is a bad place to sit! My biggest complaints are that there could be more bathrooms and as to be expected food and drinks are outrageously priced. $8 for a 5oz wine, don't do it!

Great venue for special events such as Cirque du Soliel. Seating is "arena-style." Sight-lines are good from most seats. Good crowd control (fast in and out). Lots of food and beverage stands. It also has an interesting museum/display of war-time diaorams featuring Syracuse soldiers fro the Revolution on forward.
