This is a review for their customer service. Wish I could write a review of the actual facility but unfortunately I never got a chance to go. They require you to purchase tickets and their brand of socks in advance. I purchased a reservation for my two kids and within 15 minutes realized I had made it for the wrong day. I've called them numerous times over the course of 3 days and written two emails. No one answers when you call and no one has answered my emails.
Its a shame they are so desperate for $100 they won't honor my reservation on a different day. Im sure my kids would have loved the space and wanted to come back.
...Or maybe they wouldn't have and Bounce Syosset don't even want to bother having us come.

Like many other places, this establishment was impacted by COVID. It used to be a large bounce place with multiple attractions. It is now 30% in size and unfortunately the same price. they Kept the adventure zone as is but entrance to it requires a separate pay. for regular bouncing you have 1 bouncing zone, 1 dodge ball court and 1 small "basketball" track. No more sponge pools or other fun activities. Still my kids had fun, but if before they could stay here easily for a long time now they got board quite quickly.

My friend held a birthday party here last weekend and we had such a great time. For starters this was a last minute party she put together so the party rooms were all booked but they had picnic tables that they sectioned off that I thought was very accommodating and actually quite nice.
I’ve been to other trampoline parties so I arrived already because I already know that you have to fill out a waiver for each child. I’ve read other reviews saying it takes 10 minutes to fill out the waiver - no it does not.
When we arrived at the party area the staff had laid out the party table cover, paper plates, napkins, water and juice at each spot. They helped my friend put out anything extra.
After most of the kids arrived and were ready to go we were taken around the facility with not one but two staff members. They took our party to each section where only the kids in the party were allowed to play in that area during that time. This was a great touch. Because now the birthday group was kept together making it super easy to keep an eye on all the kids as this is a big place. Secondly, as a parent with two children I didn’t have to be into places at one time if my children wanted to do something different. Because everyone was together the entire time. It also made sure that the party goers all got a chance to play in the different areas without having to wait in long lines for other guests to use that area.
The party hosts were super friendly and professional. They were all young children but their customer service was top notch.
Outside of the trampolines, there’s a virtual reality section, an arcade section, an inflatables section and even an obstacle course area that goes high into the sky.
Can’t wait to go back.

What a disappointing birthday. From the start it takes each parent 10 minutes to sign in. No staff to help so I had to work my own party. There is no ability to look yourself up if you have signed in before so it takes even longer than it should. Despite being the only party there, I had children spending the majority of the party waiting on lines. At pizza time, when children asked for more slices there were none because this place only orders 1 slice per child despite being one of the more expensive parties. I had to use an adult pizza I ordered to feed the kids AND PAY FOR IT! They have no manager on staff and I was left dealing with a young girl rolling her eyes at me while I discussed my dissatisfaction with the party. Never again!

a big place with plenty of things to do for all ages (even toddlers as young as 2y). In addition to the usual trampolines, dodgeball and foam pits they have also an adventure zone (extra cost) that my kids love.

Bounce is a great place for kids! Kids get to play on trampolines, foam pits, obstacle courses with the new addition of zip lining and rock walls at an additional cost. Great way to have fun with the kids.

I had my son's birthday here and the new adventure park was fun! The adventure side had ziplines for kids of all ages and a rock climbing wall. It'll last the kids 45 min to an hour. The only thing was the birthday party I booked didn't have a room so it was in a picnic area which was not gated off so random people would come in. I would recommend only book a party here if a room is available. Also, the person serving our food kept hovering over all the food and was not very sanitary. I will most likely go back because my 6year old loved the adventure park.

Bounce is the best place. Everyone is nice there and the facility is great as well. The pits are good fun, and the dodgeball is amazing as well 10/10 WOULD recommend.

I've not seen so many loud, happy, excited faces in one place for ages... this venue is sure-fire-adrenalin rush for kids... salt & peppered with a few parents who re-live their youth by dodging- balls during a timed session of 'bombardment'! It's contagious; we never had it so good as kids! Sheer fun and purr-fect for a rainy afternoon when kids were impaled on their screens. they were easily converted to 'screams' of working off a bit of steam. IF noise bothers you, bring earplugs the decibel levels run high at times with all that excitement.
