My fiance and I always go out of our way to go to Lafayette Theater whenever we want to see a movie. The theater is old fashioned and feels like going back in time. The prices are affordable too! I highly recommend that you check...More

Enter the Lafayette theater and be taken back in time when going to the movies was considered a special event. The theater rivals some of the gems on Broadway. Having access to any “mega” movie theater in the area, quite simply my choice will be...More

We visited here on a Tuesday night so attendance was pretty thin. The inside of the theater is beautiful and perfectly nostalgic. It was a great place to wind down after a week of sightseeing. The marquee was not lit, perhaps only on the weekend?...More

I've gone to a few premiers here, a spontaneous Grace VanDerWaal concert, and general movies, and I always have a good time. You'll occasionally bump into the owner there and he is so friendly. The concession stand line can get long sometimes, but nothing like...More

To me the best part is a nice wide viewing area. Add the pre-movie organist and his musical talents. Groupon often has deals that make this a real bargain. However, if you don't have one, it is still worth the trip

It is a little bit small by today's standards, but close and convenient. Much easier than going to a mall and attempting to find parking.
