I've gone to a few premiers here, a spontaneous Grace VanDerWaal concert, and general movies, and I always have a good time. You'll occasionally bump into the owner there and he is so friendly. The concession stand line can get long sometimes, but nothing like...More

To me the best part is a nice wide viewing area. Add the pre-movie organist and his musical talents. Groupon often has deals that make this a real bargain. However, if you don't have one, it is still worth the trip

It is a little bit small by today's standards, but close and convenient. Much easier than going to a mall and attempting to find parking.

I go local to this theater whenever I can. Its been a project for the owners just to keep it afloat, but once youre inside you feel like youre back in the 50's.. see a holiday show where they use the pipe organ, or try...More

What a beautiful theater. There are no theaters anymore. Go to hear the organ player on Saturday night before the movie and then sit anywhere in this gorgeous theater.

This place is great when you want to see a movie that you can watch in peace. It's never overcrowded and the staff is very helpful. It has the class of an old time theatre which makes it standout above the rest.

It's an old style theater with balcony and organ that is occasionally played by a local organist. I always love going there.

This is a very old theater. The seats are large and comfortable, there are never big crowds, you don't have to wait on long lines, the parking is close by and accessible. The nostalgia is unbelievable. They even have an organ. If you just want...More

The Lafayette Theater is a good 40 minute drive from my home but a few times a year we make the trip because the place is unique, historic, and awesome. In a day of leather recliner power seats in luxury theaters some might have a...More
