We took the short tour, which was just perfect. Knowledgable guide. Learning about the design objectives provided real insight into the thinking of the owners. It was fascinating.

oh my gosh, I've been to both but more recently Kykuit. Kykuit is the Rockefeller estate and full of artwork and a lot of history. Lyndhurst is also a 4.5 star attraction.....the Jay Gould estate. If you like art work... More

You should be able to do that. You can easily do Kykuit in under four hours including strolling the exterior. We've not done the Stone Barns Center but assume it's doable in about the same frame. You can gain extra time... More
