Clean, access to a full kitchen, It's private, residential, loads of parking, plus a back kitchen entrance for the food delivery.

Here's the answer. Home like setting in a historical house. There is a full kitchen for cooking or a good way to heat up catered food. the prices are very reasonable from what I remember and you have the entire place to yourself.
