Sadly, Crystal Spa has changed a lot over the years, not for the better. Under new ownership, it's a mess. First, our appointments were penciled in on the wrong day. Then, two days before our visit, a call came from the new owner, explaining that one of his massage therapists had called off and we would have to move our... More

We stopped here while staying in town for the weekend for a little extra indulgence. The place looks a tad run down from the outside compared to the spas we usually go to, and is attached to a small motel. But once inside, it is serene, pleasant, clean, and good looking. The service was decent, although there was a mistake,... More

If you're looking for a place with character and a good, but expensive massage... go here. The staff is friendly and the atmosphere is peaceful until you get on the massage table. The rooms are small (so if you're claustrophobic I wouldn't recommend it). Each room appears to have a massage table and a bath and room for nothing else.... More

I went this past Saturday for a massage needing some major relief in my back. I was in a rush that day and was able to get in within the hour. I have been here a few times with great massages but this one hit it out of the park. I had Steve and he was very good about asking... More

I was in Saratoga for a wedding and decided to get some pampering. The location is convenient and the facility, welcoming. Your receptionist was very friendly and accommodating. The relaxing began right away with the infused water, sights and smells. My massage therapist was Steve and let me say, he is excellent at what he does. My 90 minute deep... More

It's a tough one because the atmosphere is so old-timey spa. Not trying to be fancy, smells great, and they actually have cucumber lemon water(with plastic cups which drives me crazy, could we be more environmentally conscious?) and the springs smell is sulfury, so good for your body. The receptionist is awesome friendly and such a relief because they are getting... I had wonderful memories from the Crystal Spa from many years ago, but unfortunately the Spa has not been maintained except perhaps on the outside of the building. Upon check in I was not asked to fill in any forms as if they hoped I would come back if they contacted me. The forms on a clipboard however sat on... More

I am a self declared spa connoisseur. I once lived in Saratoga and the Crystal was my go-to spa for the spa experience... Not necessarily just a massage. I always get the package which includes sauna, hot springs bath and one hour massage. The experience was once very affordable at under $100. Today I paid $130 plus tip which is... More
