We didn't spend much time in the park, but our interest was piqued and we plan to return in the summer. Saratoga Springs is rich with history and Congress Park and the museum are not to be missed. Bring the little ones in season to ride the carousel.

The experience was different. We sampled different water springs, most of which were not great tasting because of the sulphur content. Fun to walk around though!!

Just off Broadway, Congress Park is a beautiful oasis with ponds, trees, walk-ways and the Canfield Casino building right in the middle - now a museum and catering hall. At the Spring Street end, you can ride on the Carousel during the summer. Shakespeare in the Park is a wonderful treat on summer evenings. Bring your lawn chair and supper... More

I walked through the park and relaxed it was beautiful on a cool fall day. It has lot of historical statues and springs. It is a great place to explore or just sit and relax after a walk in to town.

What a great place to take young kids to go geocashing! The park is beautiful and very clean. We walked all around, used our GPS and found a few.

No trip to Saratoga Springs is complete without spending a little time walking through Congress park. Seeing the cool fountains, tasting the natural springs (at your own risk!) and the historic carousel is always worth a visit. There are pleny of trees to rest in the shade and people watch.

We had about an hour to kill before getting back on the bus so we strolled around the park. It is lovely with some historic fountains. Ride on the Carousel for $1 so that you can say you rode a horse in Saratoga Spriings! Chairs were being set up for a wedding--such a lovely outdoor spot set a little down... More

This has a beautiful spot to take a walk through or sit and eat a sandwich. Great people watching. And don't forget to visit the ducks.
