We went for the Josh Groban concert, and were very pleased. We sat in the Family section; it was a good choice for non-smokers! It was fine, although it seemed like a LONG way to the stage. The cost of the beers & waters was kind of ridiculous, but not totally unexpected. The parking lot looked rather intimidating, and I... More

Had my first experience seeing a concert at SPAC yesterday. It was a great experience. Due to the performance, it was a pretty laidback crowd, so there were no problems at all. We had lawn seating and enjoyed the beautiful stars while listening to the music. I will definitely do it again.

We really like the classical program at SPAC. We enjoy the lawn seats. In the center section below a certain area chairs are limited to 26 inches so your view is not blocked if you're in chairs or on blankets. There are big screens on the sides of the outside of the amphitheater so you can get close up view... More

I'm from the Saratoga area. I have been to many, many of shows here. I have had picnics here, walks and brewed beer with the spring water. This place is so awesome. If you see a show, the sound is perfect and there's not a bad seat in the house. If you go for a picnic there's plenty of tables,... More

While on vacation in Saratoga we caught a concert at SPAC and sat in the covered seat area. When the rain came it was nice to not have to scramble for cover. We biked into the park but didn't realize how dark the park would be at night. There are no street lights and the pedestrian walkway is not illuminated.... More

Not a bad seat in the house if you sit inside. Nestled in a state park, SPAC is a covered venue that feels like being out in the woods.

50th anniversary of the NYC Ballet in their summer home, Saratoga Springs, NY. Performed their original ballet, A Midsummer's Nights Dream ~ amazing!! This facility is gorgeous. Our timing was perfect to visit during the ballet!

I recently attended the two day Dave Matthews show. we had lawn seats. Even though Dave has been around since I was in high school he has maintained his younger audience and they came in droves. the concert almost had the feel of a giant frat party or tailgate. Lots and lots of drunk teens and early 20s. It had... More
