I went to the spa for a hair makeover.
Morgan was amazing. He was warm and engaging. It was the best spa experience Ilve ever had. Morgan listened to what I wanted and gave me the best cut and color beyond my expectations.
I would travel the 3 hours just so Morgan can make me feel like a million bucks!

Besides the beautiful setting this casino has it all. Lots of fun machines or every denomination. The buffet is second to none. The staff is friendly and it's just a great way to spend a day.
We travel from Buffalo because we prefer Allegany to Niagara because of the cleanliness and better food. The only downside to both casinos is the smoking. I realize the Indians do not have to abide by New York State smoking law, but don't they care about the unhealthiness? If you choose to smoke that's your business, but when you sit next to me smoking... it becomes MINE. Because of this we limit how many times we visit these smoke filled places, in hopes it will limit our exposure to this deadly environment.
The machines there are pretty up to date and fun. I don't always win, but :almost" enjoy losing the money when the machines are fun. But the machines in the non-smoking area are sub-standard to the ones in the smoking area. Again, the smokers are catered to. Most of the machines in there are old and boring. They did scatter a few good ones in there but try to get on them.
If you visit be sure to have breakfast in the family restaurant upstairs (wish I could remember the name) and visit the buffet downstairs for lunch and/or dinner.
There is also a store where everything is $10.... I bought a nice purse there.
Be sure to bring a sweater or long sleeve blouse as it is very cool inside in the summer.

I arrived with a bit over 30 min prior to the appointment so I could relax and get into the Spa mode. I was a bit surprised when they wanted to take me back for my massag right away - not like most typical Spa's. So the actual spa area was a locker room of about 15 lockers, one bin for dirty towels, one small bin of water, no changing rooms just 2 large toilets, one sink area with a wall dispenser of lotion and shave gel, and disposable razors and that's it. In the women's spa area there were two shower areas - one with a curtain and one behind glass so if you are in the sauna you are watching someone take a shower (ugh). The steam room was next to the sauna. No sitting area, no private hot tub areas, no soft music and no specialty amenities. In fact if you are a large person the Spa robe may not fit you so be sure to bring your own.
My massage itself was the hand and foot massage. They had me stop to just my underpants and robe which felt a little odd since it was only extremities. They have heated massage beds which was nice. They put hot towels on my feet... It was ok but not the greatest. Actually for the last 2 days my right hand has been really hurting after the massage - she spent a lot of time on it which I though was odd but I kind of wish I hadn't had the massage. Once you are done if you want they will give you access to the pool (I.e. Let you in with their key) and hot tub that are available to all hotel guests. The hot tub and pool are indoors but they also have a hot tub on an outdoor rooftop.
If you don't know what to expect it was ok. If you've been to really good spas this place is a disappointment.

Took a weekend trip to Seneca Allegany Casino. Our first impresion was it seemed like a nice hotel, casino however on further review I wish we never went. First, the slot machines were the tightest I have ever seen. Do not play slots here! - So we attempted to play some blackjack. To our dismay there was only one $5 table! It was packed so could not play. We heard they had a great poker room - not so much! You had to drive a mile off site to the poker room! We got to the poker room there were 2 tables and no alcohol served! To top off the evening we went to the Fire lounge to relax and have some drinks - IT CLOSED AT 10PM. So we decided to grab a couple beers from our room and watch the game on big screen. Not so fast - the gestapo swarmed in on us and told us no outside drinks in lounge even though the bar was closed and we could not purchase any drinks there!!! STAY AWAY

Read a lot of reviews before going and would like to respond to some of the comments. 1. Staff was as nice and friendly as could be. I find that sometimes my attitude towards people can also affect how they are to me. 2. Spa was first class all the way. I was concerned at what level the atmosphere and level of services would be. The female masseuse was spot on great. The steam and sauna in the l beautiful locker room was fantastic. We received the King and Queen for a day treatments and were very happy, although the queen package did not include a manicure or a pedicure something queens always require. The only negative was a humming sound in the massage room. We were told the power room was located above the room. 3. Smoke, We are non smokers and was concerned about the bad smoke comments. First our stay was Monday to Thursday and i'm sure on the weekend when crowded it may be a different story. But smoke was not a issue, The non smoking room did not smell at all, Outside the elevators and a little in the hallways yes. In the casino area very little, and you can,t control a smoker sitting close to you. 4. Restaurants, The italian restaurant had good food but was just an ok experience. But the steak house was incredible. On a return visit we will eat at the steak restaurant every night. The cafe was nice and good for breakfast or a quick bite. The buffet had a super large selection but the food was just ok. 5. Slots, yes they were tight. But it is expected. I did see several thousand dollar winners. My wife played for three days on a 100.00 and cashed out with 117.00 not bad. I helped finance a new wing for the casino. I read a lot where people lost at gambling but also enjoyed the casino hotel experience. Count me as one, as the overall stay from friendly staff, great spa. fantastic steak restaurant, beautiful rooms, very nice gaming area, we look foreword to a return stay, maybe also for a show, it looks like they have some great acts scheduled. VERY HAPPY

I receive offers frequently from the casino because I play there often. I seldom win, but I do have fun. I used some of my points for a visit to the salon for a manicure and pedicure. If it hadn't been free, I would have searched out someone in charge and complained. After listening the entire time to how awful it is to work there, how much better at her job my manicurist is than anywhere else, and how hard it is to work all day with the public, I was finally finished with the less than pleasurable experience. To top it off - less than 24 hours later, the manicure is chipping. On 2 fingers! I haven't even done dishes. Not happy.

Beautiful rooms, clean, spacious, very well kept. Clearly the staff takes pride in their place of employment.
Not much around so if you're planning to go there, take what you need to the hotel.
We also were surprised with how good the restaurant was there. We had breakfast and supper. Reasonably priced compared to other casino restaurants.
Only bad thing to say is the smokey smell in the lobby and in the casino itself.
The room was fine.

The overall hotel stay was OK at best... smell of smoke throughout facility was a bit more than I would like to experience.
The spa was by far the worst I have ever patronized. No communal space for sitting w/ friends; you only option is steam room or sauna. The only exercise room at hotel is inside of spa! Staff was less than relaxed as they were dealing with "pool" issues (overcrowding and lack of towels) around the corner. A male child was allowed in the ladies changing room while we were there. Finally staff asked them to leave after the children were all showered.
The deep tissue massage I received (I have received MANY, by many different people and been pleased) bordered on masochistic! Even pinched my should skin, stuck his fingers in my ears and wiggled them, ran his fingers through my hair for WAY too long, focused only on my shoulders and along my spine, had me nearly bouncing back & forth on the table, really didn't follow the muscles in any way... nothing relaxing or relieving about this massage. I was covered w/ only a thin sheet (it's middle of winter). TERRIBLE experience!!! Despite all this their pricing is very on par with all other spas in the area but services and amenities is 100% sub par! It would be remotely understandable if priced better but it's NOT!

We always have a relaxing time when we visit the casino. The rooms are very clean and the bed is so comfortable. The buffet was good. They have several food choices if you prefer other food options. Yes the casino is in a bit of a secluded area but I enjoy getting away for a weekend. They have a good variety of slots and the staff are very helpful and friendly. I always have a fantastic time.
