This was my first time to Plotterkill and I can’t wait to go back. The park is a real gem tucked in the woods with gorgeous views. The only real problem is that the trails are not marked very well. I had a gps and...More

A very well groomed and maintained trail system, for a county park, for a venture into a "wild" area. Three different water falls. More flow in the late spring and early summer months than later in the summer, although with the rains we've had in...More

This is a cute little hike. Not a hard one. Spring is wet. The scenery is very beautiful. Looking forward to spring to see everything come to bloom.

Absolutely gorgeous hiking with beautiful falls. A very nice hike. I would not call the hike "easy" for those non avid hikers. My daughter who is ten hiked it just fine but we hike all the time. Plotterkill has 3 waterfalls: Upper Falls, Lower Falls,...More

I don't know how someone would go on a nature hike through the woods and expect it to be wheel chair accessible. Let's be real, you're walking through the woods, a basic google search and common sense will indicate it's not wheelchair friendly. At any...More

I was really excited about this hike after reading reviews and tags on hiking focused sites, but this is really not a great location. Trail maintenance ranges wildly between "very well marked for this small stretch" to "completely unnavigable." I got lost at least 4...More

Great place to hike along the water and view the falls. Stay on the trails in order to avoid having to call the search and rescue team.

I agree with the 1st responder. Bring plastic bags to pick up the poop and take it home to dispose of it the way you would when you walk your dog in your home neighborhood. Be a responsible owner.
