This is one of our favorite wineries on Cayuga Lake because of the great view and some nice wines. You choose from several different flight choices. It was 5 wines for $10 but the pours were bigger then normal tastings. I asked to make a substitution to one of the wines and they did so with no problem. They serve a flight of wine outside with a small cup of Hershey kisses. Also they serve wine in glasses many wineries served you in plastic or paper cups, yes paper believe it or not. There are only about four tables outside and not a lot of shade so would of been nicer if it were cooler or they had more shade. There are no tastings inside. They do have a lot of shaded picnic tables on the lawn to enjoy lunch or some snacks. Always a nice time and bought some wine they had on sale.

My daughter and I came to the finger lakes regions for hiking and wineries. This was our second stop. There was no one else in the tasting room so we definitely got some extra tastings. It was rainy so we did not get to sit on the deck, but the view of the lake from the deck was beautiful. We would definitely visit again.

This was our 2nd winery for the day. It was not crowded when we arrived and we enjoyed a pleasant visit with decent wines. Beautiful views of the lake and great seating area for tastings. Only complaint was as we were leaving it started to get a little more crowded which is fine, but there was only one cashier who was collecting money for purchases and tastings. We did want to buy some bottles, but did not want to wait on a line of 10 people with only one person collecting money so we left our bottles behind.

This was one of our favorite wineries in Cayuga Lake. The location is beautiful and they bring you the wines to taste with a view to the lake. There is no great explanation about the wines, unfortunately. But our experience was excellent. We took our time with the tasting and the wines were delicious. Bought three bottles.

Thank you so much for visiting us at Goose Watch and for the nice comments. We do provide tasting notes on each of the wines when we serve the flight, and our servers typically try to stop back to see if you have any questions.

This was our 3rd winery of the day. We chose to stop here because of the patio and view of the lake. Tastings are for a flight of wine. It was difficult to make our selection, as the wine list did not provide any real details of the wines, nor did the person serving us provide much information. We ended up randomly picking our selection which turned out to be okay overall. We did enjoy the view from the outdoor deck during our tasting. They also have a separate building next door where they serve beer, but we did not stop in.

Thank you for visiting Goose Watch. All 9 of our flight offerings are grouped by type in the name of the flight. For example, we offer a Dry White Flight, 2 Dry Red Flights, one with Dry Red, White and Rose, others for Semi-Dry, Semi-Sweet, Sweet, Sparkling etc. However, whoever you asked for more info should have been to give you the information you needed, and I apologize for that. During busy times, we typically have 2 cashers, one taking orders for tastings, and the other for bottle purchases. Perhaps someone was one break at that time. We hope you can visit us again on a return visit to the Finger Lakes.

Got there on a hot Saturday. I believe they had just reopened after the Covid shut down. I loved their sparkling flight, and their ice wine (got bottles of both). My only complaint is that with the regulations you have to drink outside, with very few shaded tables....

It was a fun experience with the server having a great sense of humor, He was very knowledgeable and was very thoughtful in my opinion, We liked everything we tried and what he suggested, The store and many different varieties especially the Concord were excellent. We will stop there again when the chance to get back up there occurs.

We really enjoyed this winery! We had some flights and the wine was delicious and it was a beautiful day so everything was enjoyed outside and the winery was very Covid friendly.

Lots to choose from. We kept to the "dry" menu. There was a blend of Riesling and something that begins with a G that we liked best. The woman who did the tasting knew her stuff and was very nice.

The deck outside was lovely. View was great. But then we left because we were getting wafts of what smelled like sewage... so ... maybe bring nose plugs if you want to sit outside?
