Nice location to stop and try a wide variety of cheese and cheese curds made right on the premises. A family run operation with the dairy cows right next door to supply the fresh ingredients for the cheese. You have a chance to sample before...More

We stopped in for our regular bi-annual visit and were not disappointed. Just love that smoked cheese and the horseradish cheese. Samples galore. What a clean and inviting shop.

If you love cheese you will like to shop here. They have a wonderful variety of cheese. My favorite is the 3 year sharp cheddar. Mmm. Say " cheese "

Great little place, very quiet, but very good cheese. Can buy this brand at several stores, but the actual farm is the place to go.

Came across Shtayburne Farm a couple years ago while driving north along Seneca Lake. The samples of various cheeses, particularly spicy ones, got us to buy a bunch of the chipotle curds. Unfortunately we ran out of them quickly on the way home so made...More
