Cobbs Hill Park is a hard one to describe because it is so many different things. Down low, next to Route 490, there are five very nice softball fields, along with jungle gyms and things for the kiddies. Also down there is a basketball court and a nice rec building that serves as both the administrative headquarters as well as... More

Cobb's Hill is one of my favorite places for a training run. There are plenty of hills to challenge any ability level.

What I love most about this park, in addition to the beautiful woods, the path around the reservoir, the view of the city, is the graffiti on the water towers at the top of the woods portion of the park. It's usually fresh, always fun, and sometimes top-notch.

I grew up visiting this park for baseball games my brother played in and us sledding in the winter. Never took walks until I was older and realized how much you could see and enjoy. Monroe County Water Authority has their main offices there and the county's largest water reservoir is there as well. Very tranquil area. There are some... More

About .7 miles around the top of the reservoir with a wonderful view of the city and the hills to the south. Get up in the air and get some exercise, cooled by the water of the reservoir.

Cobbs Hill Park is very popular to locals in Rochester. It's a wonderful get away in the city. Once you are at the top of Cobb's Hill Park, you can see the city skyline. People frequent Cobb's Hill Park for many reasons: running, walking, cycling, dog walking, meeting friends, having a picnic. It's great for those looking to challenge themselves... More

Cobbs Hill is mainly a city reservoir for drinking water. It also has a terrific view of the city skyline. You can drive around on the road or park and walk on the grass or just sit and take in the view. The best time is at sunset on a clear day. The parks in the city all have an... More

The Cobbs Hill Park in Rochester is a gem for the city. There is a reservoir located here also. Visitors can garner a great run, or walk around the reservoir and catch a fantastic view of the City from above as this park is located on a elevated plateau. There are also tennis courts, and picnic areas here in addition... More
