Plenty to choose from at the market and good prices. Definitely walk the whole place before starting to purchase because u can see the differences in the selection. Had a breakfast sandwich at one of the places and it was very good as well. Hope to return again soon.

A slice of life, American and otherwise, meets you in all your senses at the Public Market! On my way somewhere else and staying overnight nearby, I got up at 5:30 to come out here on a Saturday morning. Arriving a 6 AM, the place was already bustling with all manner of people and goods. Had a fantastic breakfast sandwich... More

A nice variety of vendors. Vegetable and fruit, flowers, meat markets, dry goods. Also a wide selection of eateries in and around the market. Had alot of fun.

This is a great open Market to get fresh fruits and vegetables. Go early or go late, crowds are worst from 9-12. Prices can be high so go through and check for best price before you buy.

We get here several times a year, most recently looking for local, organic strawberries and then a few days later for one of the 'Food Truck Rodeo's. While parking can be fun (hint: get there early), from clothes or kitchen gadgets to baked good and locally grown produce and flowers, I would be surprised if you go home empty handed... More

We go to the market every Saturday all year round. It's such an awesome place to go to. You can spend the whole day here buying different veggies and checking out the stores. You can stop by for coffee and breakfast sandwiches/parties. You can also enjoy some live music, there's usually people playing instruments and singing. At night there are... More

The market is right in the city and I've heard it's not the best neighborhood BUT the people at the market are great! It's such a great mix of friendly people from all of the Rochester area. I have always found parking right at the market regardless of how busy it seems. The only area I don't like is the... More

By far the largest open public market in Western NY - they have everything you can imagine. From flowers to fruit to socks to wine to kitchen gadgets. Many delicious food vendors to you can make a day of it. From Mexican to Polish you can eat your way around the place.

This open air market is a great place for a bargain if you want to put in the time and muscle through the crowds. I love going here and talking with the vendors in snippets because they are so busy but proud of what they have to offer and want you to know that. The Potato Pancakes were good but... More

Went last Wednesday for the first food truck rally of the season...what a great place with free parking, multiple entry points set up for wristbands if we wanted to drink alcohol from local brewers....even had a nice space for a live band as well..
