About
Seabreeze, the fourth oldest park in America, is located on the scenic bluffs overlooking Lake Ontario north of Rochester. Enjoy the excitement of four roller coasters, a classic wooden carousel, thrill rides, family and kiddie rides, a midway of food and games and live shows daily. There's also a full water park with wave pool, tube slides, body flumes, lazy river, kiddie slides and more. The 1920 Jack Rabbit wooden roller coaster is listed as the oldest continuously operating coaster in America. The park is a classic combination of traditional amusement park and modern water park. Open daily mid-June through Labor Day; also open weekends in May, early June and early September.

Great day, but don’t play the games!
Aug 2021 • Friends
Seabreeze is great for families with children of all ages. My children (8 &5) and I visited for a birthday party of one of my daughters friends. The kids loved all the rides and really enjoyed the water park. It’s a perfect size park to complete everything you want to do in a day. My only critique is with the games area. That has turned into more of a money grab for Seabreeze rather than something fun for the kids. They charge high prices to play, but made the rules almost impossible to win a prize that probably cost them pennies to purchase. When I was a kid, your chance of winning the smallest prize was available at almost every game. I could have cared less about missing the big prize if I got to walk away with something. My littles quickly realized that it wasn’t fun at all to play them because their odds of winning anything were slim to none. Back then the ballon pop game had little discs behind the balloon you popped that said S, M or L to determine your prize size. Now you get three darts and have to pop a balloon with every single dart which means the game is over once you miss the first balloon. At least give the kids a chance to pop three by giving them 5 or 6 darts to play. Even townie carnivals give you better chances and you see people lined up outside the games to play because of it. It’s a ghost town at the Seabreeze games and you quickly figure out why.

Darien Lake could learn a thing or two from this place!
Aug 2021 • Family
OMG, this place was fab from start to finish! I can see why they're top rated on this site 🤗

So we get here, and there's plenty of parking, almost all close to the entrance.

I hadn't yet purchased tickets so the lady explained about them, that you can show them via phone rather than the printout only like online info suggests.

Weekdays are cheaper than weekends for obvious reasons.

We get them, then she explains about where to get the drink cups and how the ADA pass works which we didn't even need, tbh. But for those that do, it allows one person assisting to ride with you. So definitely different from bigger parks.

We get in, and head to some of the rides on the left side.

It's basically a permanent carnival. Lots of rides like a carnival would have.

I'd say come at the opening time and you should have plenty of time to do all rides they offer including the waterpark. Wait times were very short for all of them. Basically walk up and get on.

The staff were amazing, and even took awesome pics of us at the top before taking off, and sometimes in the middle and bottom. I did have to go up and get my phone back as no phones or other electronics are allowed on rides.

The games were fun. Games of varying skill and speed level. Great prices too.
Walking taco was really good.

And their cups were great at $10 each, or 2 for $16. You do have to pay $1 for refills but refills can get costly at full price so I thought it was great.

They also offered free cold water, from water jugs throughout the park which was so appreciated.

The cookies were huge. Many options of food and snacks. All reasonably priced.

They could've had more seating in bare spots such as sides of rides, like the rides in very back on left side looking in from the main gate, but they had a lot of benches around. And covered picnic tables too.

Gift shop had a lot of neat things at affordable prices, from themed magnets to stick dinosaurs (like the stick ponies little kids ride) to slime to clothes.

It rained for part of the time we were there, and we were given rainchecks, which was wonderful of them. Not sure if that's what they always do.

Parts of the waterpark were sloped, so this is forewarning for those that can't handle hills physically.

All the employees seemed to love their jobs and were all smiles.

It was mostly clean throughout.

The waterpark had this one cool ride where you slide into like a saucer, then continue sliding down. I kind of got stuck going around, but caught the edge to force myself down. That was super fun though, and I think that was my favorite ride 🤣

All the rides were staffed, even the lazy river which was awesome.

Bathrooms had skylights and offered full dressing stalls.

My toddler threw a toy into the flume ride where they store a couple flumes not in use in front, and they were so kind in helping get it really quick. Especially when they didn't have to.

So thanks to the security guard for getting that started for me.

I wish they didn't have Ring Toss where it can flood, so they can stay open longer during rain.

And I was told over the phone they close at 9, yet they closed at 7/7:30 today. But it was ok, because we had so much fun.

Definitely will come back when we're in the area.

This place totally made up for Six Flags.

I wish I could give more stars.

Beware water park

No supervision at the water park area other than lifeguard and staff on slides. Bullying and rude behavior are not addressed by staff. Basically it's a free for all in there.

Family friendly amusement park

Great selection of rides for the whole family to enjoy. The park was clean and all the rides seemed well maintained. Parking was free which is a bonus as most amusement parks charge for parking. Concessions seemed to be the normal prices you would expect at an amusement park.

Fun times come in small packages

All the rides are included in the ticket price, but you'll want to play games and those can get costly fast. Start with the water rides, then dry off on the rollercoasters. The park itself is rather small, but the lines are quick so you can do every ride multiple times before running out of energy or time. End the day with some Abbotts.

Family Fun
Aug 2019
It's older than me, older even than my parents and grandparents, but they have made upgrades and kept up with the times with the types of rides and water park attractions that the whole family will enjoy. They still have the old style carousel and kiddie rides, the midway with all the classic games, and even had a gymnastics/acrobat show. Fun!
