The Finger Lakes Wine Country encompasses at 3 of our 5 Finger Lakes. Kueka, Seneca and Cayuga Lakes. Each lake is surrounded by great wineries, restaurants, microbreweries and distilleries. It is an area that should be enjoyed in a day or several days. There are college towns - Geneva and Ithaca as well as visiting the real birthplace of commercial... More

The Finger Lakes region of NY State is just beautiful and any trip there will be worthwhile. There are dozens of wineries where you can task many local varieties, beautiful lakes, interesting little towns and wonderful drives that roll and meander through the countryside.

We took a winter tour around the wine trail and had a great time. The wineries are just as much fun in the winter as summer. It was a nice break to the winter blues and it got us thinking about hitting the trail again this summer. Highly recommend this area to everyone. At times you can't believe you are... More

We love to tour the Finger Lakes region of fine wineries. A variety of wineries featuring different wines and grapes and lots of tasting and free giveaways if you take a tour. We do this every year and always come home with a variety of lovely local wines.

Very scenic throughout the drive in the Finger Lakes area. We were there before the leaves turn in the fall. I'm sure the fall colors must be spectacular. When you visit the Canandaigua- Rochester area please make sure to take time to visit the wineries. There are several wine makers in the area and their wines (including table wines) are of highest quality.

If you like wine, this is the best place to visit on the east coast. A jewel of an area, esp in the summer months. Lots of great wineries and small restaurants.

Great views and a chance to taste the wines. We had lunch at Glenora Winery and the food was very good.
