Family Hike
Aug 2017 • Family
Fantastic trail with ancient oak trees, beautiful lake overlook, and an amazing rock face. Short 1 mile hike that was a lot of fun.

A Beautiful IRLC hiking trail!
Jun 2017
We only recently discovered the amazing nature trails of the Indian River Lakes Conervaancy. Wow! They have several and each has a special beauty all its own. Several, including the Redwood Hill Preserve (RHP)are located in Redwood, NY, just a few miles south of Alexandria Bay in the Thousand Islands. This is one of their easier and shorter trails and has a beautiful new meeting place not for from the trailhead. But like each of the IRLC trails it takes you to a magnificent view of one of the many lakes in the area. This is a great place to start but don't stop until you have hiked all of the amazing IRLC trials!

Lovely Hidden Away Spot

This is a lovely walking trail. It is not challenging. The terrain is flat. The trails are very well marked. There is a picnic area.
