I've read about the Old Rhinebeck Aerodrome for years, but had never been in the area to check it out. Along with a group of my friends, we attended a Saturday airshow. The workers were unfailingly polite and friendly, and the airshow was really cool....More

Glad you enjoyed the Aerodrome and the air show. Sorry about the scouts, that was a surprise to us as well. Come back on a Sunday–a Triplane flight and no "prisoners."

We visited on a Sunday afternoon in order to see the air show as well as the museum. In the two-hour show many vintage aircraft are flown. There also is much time given to old cars, old clothes, and a running "Good Guy vs. the...More

Thanks for coming and enjoying the show. Housing 70 airplanes and 30 cars is a challenge for a non-profit. We continue to improve the Museum experience as resources allow. Come back and see us soon

I really enjoyed the airplanes; however, please stopped the cheesy side show. It makes the show too long and definitely takes away from appreciating the pilots and the planes. I understand that some kind of entertainment is needed for kids but this is boring.More

No camping on grounds to my knowledge, but various campgrounds near the area. Google campgrounds rhinebeck, ny and you should find something that fits your needs!
