Stopped on way home from camping. $15 each for 1.5 hr narrated cruise. Nice clean boat with open deck and cabin seating. Attentive waitstaff, full bar, food available for lunch and dinner cruises. Heard it was good. Nice quiet trip around a beautiful lake. Captain narrated as we past former great camps and other sites of interest. Just a short... More

This was our fourth dining cruise on this line. This time we tried the Luncheon cruise. The food was fantastic, as always and the staff were amazing. The ride and the narration is always enjoyable, even though we have done it several times. I always rave to friends and family about how amazing the dining experience is. Local family run!... More

I cannot imagine anyone being disappointed after an evening on the W W Durant. A well narrated 3 hour tour of Raquette Lake passes many of the Great Camps owned by the famous social and industrial luminaries back in the 1900 era is topped off with an outstanding, multi-course meal. The quality and price is unsurpassed. This is a family-owned... More

The guided boat cruise around Raquette Lake was informative and beautiful. The food was amazing - and even more amazing because it is not made on the boat! It is a family-owned and operated experience! Lots of attention to details! Well worth the cost!

We snowmobile in the area during the winter and decided to take a summer tour of this beautiful lake. We took the lunch cruise and couldn't have enjoyed it more. It rained, but we weren't bothered at all due to the full enclosure The Durant provides. The food was EXCELLENT and the staff (including Capt. Pohl's navigation and narrative about... More

What a great night we had! The food was amazing and the staff were friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. Loved the family atmosphere of the Pohl family. Make the time to experience the Raquette Lake Navigation company. You won't be sorry.

says my husband, who is a prime rib snob. We've taken this dinner cruise, twice, in recent years and plan to do it again, this season.

Dining room is a bit tight but atmosphere and food are superb! We have thought about taking the dinner cruise for some time and are very glad we did it tonight.

Truly one of the best bargains in the Adirondacks. Great food at a fair price along with a narrated boat ride on Raquette lake. Capt. Dean tells the history of the lake and more as you ride along. Bring your camera the upper deck is wide open and you will see the beauty of the Adirondacks. We took our grandsons... More
