Incredible experience! Todd and crew are professional, fun, and efficient. The flight was heavenly -- quiet, 360 degree views, so smooth.
The set up and break down were fascinating and an unexpected piece of the whole adventure. The camaraderie of the entire team was sincere and added again to the positive, inclusive ambiance. I highly recommend floating with Sunkiss Ballooning!!

Sunkiss provided an unforgettable experience. I want to start the review with a bit of education I wish I had up front. Being brand new to hot air ballooning, I wish I had known how dependent on the weather it was. It basically has to be a perfect day for you to go up. We were rescheduled on day 1 because it was too windy and almost on day 2 because of fog. I only mention this because it might not be best to book this if you have a non-flexible travel window. That said, this is in no way a negative reflection on Sunkiss Ballooning, they went above and beyond to ensure we eventually got our flight. They were able to re-book us on the spot on day 1 and drove to an entirely new location to get around the fog on the second day. At no time did I feel they were rescheduling or relocating for any reason than the complete safety of their guests. They were absolute professionals every step of the way. Once we found a safe site to fly from, set up was maybe 30 minutes and we were in the air. From there, the photos speak for themselves. Once we landed, the balloon got wrapped up and we were driven back to our cars where the Sunkiss team provided a treat that I will not spoil. The only thing I will say about it is I'll be using it back home! Overall, my wife and I had an amazing time with Sunkiss and they are masters of their craft. You're in great hands here.

We had such an amazing experience on our balloon flight. We were originally scheduled for a sunrise flight but got a text around 8pm the night before saying it was cancelled due to weather. We were immediately rescheduled through text for the following days sunset flight and were kept updated on the chance of our new flight going on, which luckily it did! Pilots and crew were friendly, fun and knowledgeable with so much experience and passion. We enjoyed a beautiful flight and a fantastic champagne toast at its conclusion. We’ve already recommended this experience to so many!

I took the sunrise flight on 9/30 and it was FABULOUS! It was one of the most enjoyable adventures on my six week camping trip. The pilot was very skilled and knowledgeable and made us all (3 others plus him) feel very safe and comfortable.
The ground crew guys were also great. They were friendly and engaging and did a great job getting us going and getting us back. I would highly recommend these folks to anyone. the flight was as smooth as glass.

A fun and memorable ride! Todd and his crew were very professional, friendly and safety-minded. The balloon is beautiful and the basket comfortable. There were 15 of us in the basket for the sunset ride and it didn’t feel crowded. It was in the 50’s, so we wore heavy coats, but turns out the heat from the burners kept us warm. The scenery was gorgeous mountains and farms with lots of families coming out of their houses to wave as we got closer to the ground. The ride was about one hour, 10 miles and a soft landing. I highly recommend!

This was the most amazing experience ever! It was my first time in a hot air balloon and I was a bit nervous. The crew was so friendly and professional that by the time they had set up the balloon and it was time to go I knew I was in good hands and had no worries. I loved the whole experience from meeting at the airport and being driven to the location. Watching the whole set up of inflating the hot air balloon and the ride and reaching over 3000 feet to landing and deflating the balloon and the ride back to the airport for a champagne toast in a keepsake champagne glass. I highly recommend them !

This was such an amazing and unforgettable experience! The crew made us feel very comfortable and kept us informed and laughing throughout the entire trip from start to finish. Our pilot Adam was super knowledgeable and gave us such a smooth and relaxing flight. I wasn't nervous at all! Being a part of the inflating/deflating of the balloon was a lot of fun and the champagne toast at the end wrapped up the perfect night. I can't wait to fly again :)

An amazing experience from beginning to end. Our pilot Scott was amazing, so experienced and we felt completely safe the entire time. The ground crew Mike (and i forget the other gentleman's name) were also fantastic. It is unbelievable the work that goes into these flights from wind speed/direction, where to take off, where to land, set up, tear down. Scott was in contact the entire time with the guys on the ground and the airport and our flight was smooth including the landing in the corn field.
The views were fantastic, we flew approx 8 miles and were in the air for 50 minutes. We flew over countryside and farms, small towns, Hudson River. It was fun seeing people run out of their homes and stopping their cars to take pictures.
A highly recommended once-in-a-lifetime experience.

I took a balloon ride with my husband and mother in law while we were in Lake George. I am terrified of heights and was very reluctant to even consider the Balloon ride but speaking on the phone with Todd made me feel comfortable and safe. Then the pilot, Adem/Scott further made our ride fun and safe because we did not even feel the lift off. It was like hovering in the sky. We all had an unforgettable experience, albeit it would have been more romantic without the mother in law there. I also realized how much work went into assembling the balloon and the men power to make our experience a great one.

What an awesome experience. We made our reservation and given our confirmation the night before. Ballooning hinges on winds and weather. My family and I came in the night before and stayed in a local hotel. We got our confirmation call the evening before our flight. We showed up bright and early, bundled up and cameras ready. The balloon team did it all and you can help if directed which is also cool. Our flight was smooth and serene. No jerking, no rollercoaster of a ride, just peaceful. Smoother than a helicopter if you have ever gone on one! Very little noise. I would recommend to anyone who has thought of this and just do it, you won’t regret.
